Earthwork in excavation for foundation of structures in hard soil upto 3 m depth as per drawing and technical specification including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious matter, and disposal up to a lead of 50m, dressing of sides and bottom and backfilling with excavated suitable materials and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Filling in foundation and plinth with sand well watered and rammed including cost, conveyance, royalty, taxes of all materials, labour charges, T&P etc. required for the work complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying Cement concrete of proportion (1:3:6) in foundation using 40mm nominal size clean black hand broken granite stone metal of approved quality from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering and laying concrete in layers not exceeding 15cm thick to the required level, ramming, watering, curing etc. complete including cost and conveyance of all materials with all taxes and royalities and labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Fly ash brick masonry of size in cement mortar (1:6) using fly ash Bricks having a crushing strength of not less than 75kg/cm2 including splays, cutting , circular moulding chamfering and corbelling watering and curing after immersing the bricks in water for six hours before use with watering, curing including cost, conveyance , royality taxes of all materials labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. 12mm thick cement plaster (1:6) finished smooth to outside brick wall surface after racking out the joint including watering and curring with cost ,conveyance, royality, taxes of all materials and labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

16mm (5/8") thick cement plaster (1:6) finished smooth to inside brick wall surface after racking out the joints including watering and curing with cost, conveyance, royality, taxes of all materials and labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Finishing walls with two coats of Weather coat paint of approved shade on new work/old work two coats to give an even shade including scaffolding, staging charges with cost, convyeyance, taxes of all materials, labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete as per specifiation and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

R.C.C. M-30 using 20mm size and downgraded size hard broken granite stone chips ffor R.C.C woprks of approved quality and from approved quarry including hoisting lowering, laying & compacting concrete watering and curing for 4 weeks including smooth, rigid centering, shuttering & finishing the exposed surface smooth with cost, conveyance, royalities and taxes of all materials , labour with T& P required for the work etc. complete in all respect but excluding the cost and conveyance of M.S rods or tor steel and binding wire and labour charges for straightening, cutting, beinding, binding etc. and tying the grills and placing in proper position as per specification & direction of the Engineer-in-charge.Column

Providig strong rigid levelled centering & shuttering to required shape and size all kinds of RCC works mentioned in different items with steel centering and shuttering materils with all necessary bracing ties and supports with level centering covered with bituminous paper including provision of necessary holes and pockets electrical coduit pipe,PH pipes,Fan hooks or boxes,switch and board insert plates,clamps and extension bars etc.as pr the direction of the Engineer-in-charge and dismantilng and removing after required interval from the date of casting,including cost of all materils with transportataion,taxes,loading and unloading etc and all labour,sundries,T&P scaffolding etc complete as per approved specification.Base footing
