Excavation in foundation, trenches etc. in earth work in all kinds of soil lift upto all height, stacking the excavated soil not more then 3 mtrs. clear from the edge of excavation & then returning the stacked soil in 15cm layers when required into plinth sides of foundation etc. consolidating each deposited layer by ramming & watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth as directed within all leads and lifts.

Providing and Laying, Jointing and testing & carriage PVC pipe of (150mm dia) 10 Kgs pressure Birla complete in all respect including fittings and accessories.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8 (One cement : four sand : eight graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) excluding the cost of form work in foundation and plinth.

Brick work using common burnt clay building bricks in foundation and plinth in CM 1:6(1 cement: 6 sand ) second class bricks within all leads and lifts.

Providing and laying Cement concrete. 1:2:4 ( 1 cement:2 sand: 4: graded stone aggreagate 20mm nominal size ) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth within all leads and lifts.

15mm thick cement plaster in single coat on rough side of brick/stone masonry for interior plastering up to floor two level including arrises, internal rounded angles chamfers and / or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm in girth and finished even and smooth in C.M 1:3 (One cement : three sand) within all leads and lifts.)

Flat surfaces such as soffits of suspended floor, roofs, landings and the like floor etc. upto 20mm thickness within all leads and lifts.

Suspended floors, roofs, landing and shelves and their supports balconies, beams, girder, bressumers and cantilever up to floor level with in all leads and lifts complete in all respect.
