Pump House

Earth work: Excavation in foundation in ordinary soil (Loam, Clay or Sand) including lift upto 1.5m lead upto 30m including filling watering and ramming of excavated earth into the trenches or into the space between the building and the sides of foundation trenches or into the plinth and removal & disposal of surplus earth as directed by the Engineer-in-charge upto a distance of 30m from the foundation trenches.

P/l cement concrete with 1:6:12 in foundation including supply of all the material labour T&P complete with 40 mm gauge brick ballast

Class-150 brick work in 1:6 cement and fine sand of 1:25 fineness modulous mortar in foundation and plinth including supply of all materials, labour and tools and plants etc. required for proper completion of the work . Ch-6 SOR 23 S.I.No. 1

25 mm thick damp proof course with cement and approved course sand 1:2:4 ( 1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 stone grit) 12.5 mm gauge nominal size.Ch-7 SOR 23 S.I.No. 1

Class-150 brick work in 1:4 cement and Coarse sand Mortar for one brick thick wall in the super structer. Ch-6 SOR 23 S.I.No. 2

Half brick masonry with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundations and plinth in : 1 Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) Ch-6 SOR 23 S.I.No. 6

RCC work with cement approved coarse sand and 2cm (3/4")gauge approved stone ballast in the proportion 1:1½:3 (1 cement : 4½ aggregates)in raft foundation and footing including bending of reinforcement and binding with 24 BWG GI binding wire and necessary centering & shuttering excluding supply of reinforcement and complete.

RCC work with cement approved coarse sand and 2cm (3/4") gauge approved stone grit in the proportion 1:2: 4 but in lintal and Sun shade
