Providing and laying Rectified Ceramic tile flooring/dadoing in desired pattern of approved premium quality of approved size, colour and thickness according to the dimensions of tiles and having scratch hardness and other parameter conforming to IS 15622 and of specified sizes with straight edge laid with a joints (between tiles) of 3 to 5 mm filled / grouted using epoxy grout mix of 0.70 kg of organic coated filler of desired shade (0.10 kg of hardener and 0.20 kg of resin per kg), cleaning etc. and laid over a bed of 6 mm ( average ) cement based high polymer modified quick set tile adhesive (water based) conforming to IS: 15477 and finishing to required level, scaffolding, curing etc., complete all as per specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-charge at all levels. (The surface to be prepared using rough plaster only if required shall be paid under respective item of plastering).

Dismantling Existing tile works in floors/wall and roofs laid in cement including removing of cement mortar, cement punning and all materail available above plaster, if required using cutter to avoid damage to existing plaster and masonry and Disposing of the debris outside campus for thickness of tiles & cement punning 10mm to 25mm.

Plastering 15mm thick with cement mortar specified below, finished rough including scaffolding, curing, etc; complete for External/Internal Surface inclusive of sills, jambs, soffits, ceilings, etc; complete all as per specifications for heights upto 10 mtr above GL. Mix specified is for cement : coarse sand With C.M. 1:3.

Dismantling existing false ceiling along with grading, angle or C frame, clip etc and preparation of surface to receive new new false ceiling including disposal of unserviceable material outside campus and stacking of serviceable material with in 50 meters lead or as directed by Engineer-in-charge

Providing and fixing Gl Clip in Metal Ceiling System of 600x600 mm module which includes providing and fixing 'C' wall angle of size 20x30x20 mm made of 0.5 mm thick pre painted steel along the perimeter of the room with help of nylon sleeves and wooden screws at 300 mm center to centre, suspending the main C carrier of size 10x38x10 mm made of G.I steel 0.7 mm thick from the soffit with help of soffit cleat 37x27x25x1.6 mm, rawl plugs of size 38x12 mm and C carrier suspension clip and main carrier bracket at 1000 mm c/c. Inverted triangle shaped Spring Tee having height of 24 mm and width of 34 mm made of Gl steel 0.45 mm thick is then fixed to the main C carrier and in direction perpendicular to it at 600 mm centers with help of suspension brackets. Wherever the main C carrier and spring T have to join, C carrier and spring T connectors have to be used. All sections to be galvanized @ 120 gms/sqm (both side inclusive), fixing with clip in tiles into spring T with : GI Metal Ceiling Clip in plain Beveled edge global white color tiles of size 600x600 and 0.5 mm thick with 25 mm height, made of G I sheet having galvanizing of 100 gms/ sqm (both sides inclusive) and 20% perforation area with 1.8 mm dia holes and having NRC of 0.5, electro statically polyester powder coated of thickness 60 microns (minimum), including factory painted after bending and perforation

Providing Carpenter (1st class highly skilled) with helper (semi skilled) for removing of doors with aluminium frames, removing of mirrors, hardware fittings and fixture and other miscellaneous work with required carpentery tools and tackles, stacking of materials within IPR Campus as directed by EIC, refixing of the same along with minor repairing after completion of tiles work, fixing of silicon sealant (if required) and Repairing of existing false ceiling etc. All the fitting should be removed very carefully as the same has to be refixed. All work as directed by EIC. Note:- Any consumable material required such as nails, screw, roll plug, khilli, silicone sealant, fevicol, wooden patti, black japan paint etc. will be provided by the institute However carpentry tools and tackles should be available with carpenter.

Providing Plumber (1st class highly skilled) with helper (semi skilled) for removing of Wash basin, urinal, water closet, urinal partition, CP fittings, connection pipe, other fittings & fixture and other miscellaneous work with required plumbing tools and tackles, provide buch to prevent any water leakage, stacking of materials within IPR Campus as directed by EIC, refixing of the same along with minor repairing (if required) after completion of tiles work, fixing of silicon sealant (if required), and all other plumbing work as directed by EIC. All the fitting should be removed very carefully as the same has to be refixed. All work as directed by EIC. Note:- Any consumable material required such as teflon tape, nails, screw, waste coupling, silicon sealnt, white cement, elbow etc. will be provided by the institute However plumbing tools and tackles should be available with Plumber.
