20HP horizontal mounting non clogging, non corrosive electric motor Submersible pumpset for a discharge rabge 330-220 lps and head range of 2.00-4.00 m. ( with a duty point discharge of 300 lps for a working head of 3m) The materil for pump body is CIFG 260 with 2% NiCI or equivalent. The material for impeller and pump shafting are in SS -316 grade stainless steel. The materil for delivery pip is HDPE 400mm pipe with rating of 6kg/cm2. Supply voltage and frequency are 415 V (+/- 10%),50 Hz (+/-5%) .Auto transformer starter with cubical mounted panel board and all accessories. The delivery pipe is 10 m or as per the site requirement. The liquid to be handled is saline or sity water. The rated and working speed of motor/pump, delivery column pipe size,motor performance and efficiency, details of BIS certification pump efficiency for the working head range and duty point head,the pump and motor performance charts and other details for the quoted models of pump and motor should be given inthe ANEEXURE ll Declartion of the product offered. The submersible pump may be mounted 0.50-0.6 m the sump.The panel board fully wired with all accessories as per IE Rules,starter with necessary wiring and earthing as per KSEB norms Steel I Section to mount the pump and motor etc. as per location. The rate quoted should include all the charges for supply, installation, trial run and commissioning unloading water transport,road transport, loading unloading charges, GST etc. Aluppuzha District including minimum warranty period of two years and the cost of testing charge at factory
