Carefully Dismantling and Removal of existing Kota Stone Flooring including carting away and disposal of the debris at non-objectionable location outside municipal limits.

Carefully Dismantling and Removal floor PCC (4"-6") wherever required; including carting away and disposal of the debris at non-objectionable location outside municipal limits.

Excavation in all types of soils for foundations, including backfilling the sides and compacting and disposing surplus earth outside the CAMPUS or shifting/ transporting and unloading of good soil within the campus for future use as directed by EIC, complete in all respect. Actual excavated volume to be measured and paid(exclusive of soil layer).

Anti-termite treatment: Providing and applying anti termite treatment (odourless) as per relevant IS Standards for building periphery, post construction stages, using chemical Imidacloprid 30.5% SC of brand PREMISE(Bayer), TERMAX (Rallies India) or equivalent conforming to relevant IS in water emulsion and effective when applied uniformly over the area to be treated. The chemical treatment should be carried out as per the procedure mentioned below – For post construction treatment (outdoor): (i) For existing external periphery of the building chemical dose required is 2.25 Litre. emulsions per linear meter or as prescribe by the manufacturer.

Providing and laying 230 mm thk. rubble soling done by laying hand packed hard and durable stone like basalt etc.by wedging and packing. Including filling of voids using good quality river sand. The surfaces shall then be watered and consolidated with mechanical or sufficiently heavy wooden tampers and log-rammers as approved by the EIC. Complete in all respect.

Providing and laying 25 mm. thick IPS flooring (1:2:4) to the required slopes and in panels and over subgrade or slab as per specs, including for work, curing and finishing with grooves, etc. complete.

Providing and laying ground water drain system pit made-up of 4" dia. ( approx. depth 500mm) Heavy duty PVC pipes of approved make having slots to permit the entry of ground water and covering it with green net and placing it vertically on 3" PCC bed and covering of drain pipe with pebble and sand as instructed by EIC including CI cover . Refer Annexure G and Annexure-H.

Providing and laying, Machine/Hand mixed, properly compacted, PCC (1:4:8) 4" thk. including ramming, consolidating, curing etc. All complete as per specifications. PCC/RCC . Contractor need to cut and place the expansion joint sheet (25 mm thk.) of 100 mm width on the peripheral portion of PCC. Material will be provided by the IIMA.

Providing, fabricating and placing in position reinforcing 8mm dia. HYSD bars FE 500 @ 250 mm c/c, including binding with annealed binding wire for R.C elements, wastage, spacers, cover block, etc. all complete for all diameters and as per specifications.

Providing & laying 25 mm to 32 mm thick river finish kota stone flooring 450 mm x 650 mm and work but MACHINE CUT STONES flooring of uniform thickness and size 60 x 60 cm laid over average 25 mm thick CM bedding 1:8 to proper desired slope to avoid water lodging and pattern with 10mm groove & filling joints with cement slurry including curing, rubbing, cleaning, etc. as per engineer in charge's direction & specified. Complete in all respect.

Providing & laying Dholpur stone 25 mm to 32 mm thick, 12" wide Patta of 650 mm and 450mm long (as per the drawing, Annexure G and Annexure H) uniform thickness and with Machine cut edge with 10mm joint laid to pattern as per engineer in charge's direction over average 25mm thick. bed of 1:8 prop cement send mortar including filling joints with cement slurry pigmented to match the shade of the slabs, including curing rubbing etc. at all levels as directed & specified.
