The bidders shall submit the details of work done certificate issued for Annual Maintenance Contract for Electrical Installation, HT works, Lift Operations ,AMC for HVAC & Diesel Generators sets handled by them in Government organization (State or central)/MNC/Public sector Since last three years as on date of submission of bids. (Note- Work done certificate should be issued by not below the rank of Executive Engineer)

Satisfactory completion as prime contractor/Agency at least one similar works to an extent of 50% of the cost of the work i.e., Rs.10.83 Lakhs.

The Tenderer should possess Labor department registration details to be furnished. The tenderer /Agency /Company shall have a valid registration proprietorship firm or Private Limited Company. Furnish the copy of certificate incorporation (Company Registration).

The Tenderer should possess valid EPF and ESI Registration Certificate and details to be furnished.

The Tenderers/Agency/firm should possess valid Class-I Electrical KPWD Registration Certificate/Electrical Inspectorate (Registration details to be enclosed).

Tenderers should be accompanied by copies of Registration certificates under Income Tax PAN, GST & certified copy of tax paid for the year 2020-21, 2021-2022 & 2022-23 details to be produced.

The Tenderer should have filed income tax Returns and Balance Sheet/Turnover for the last Five (5) years and the same shall be uploaded. From 2018-19 to 2022-23.
