Notes:- 1. Materials incorporated for completion of the work will be measured and paid separately under relevant items. 2. The contractor should display contract number at SMA area and inliving area to register complaints by the users. 3. A recovery of Rs.400/- per complaint will be levied from the contractor on failure in attending the complaint.

Material, labour, transport and tools for rectification of urgent nature electrical complaints like checking of existing electrical items for continuous electric supply including carrying out minor repairs such as changing of MCBs, small pieces of wires including connection etc, carrying our repairs such as tightening of loose electrical connections, nuts, bolts, screws of switches. sockets, switch boards, making joints and covering with PVC taps, minor repairs of ceiling fans/exhaust fans like replacement of capacitors, cleaning and oiling etc as required to make the electrical items/appliances fully functional at Naval Base area (ND school, ASW school, NIAT, Diving School, INS Venduruthy area, NODPAC and Signal school) during off hours (1700 hrs evening to 0900 hrs morning) on all working days all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Notes:- 1. Materials incorporated for completion of the work will be measured and paid separately under relevant items. 2. The contractor should display contract number at SMA area and inliving area to register complaints by the users. 3. A recovery of Rs.400/- per complaint will be levied from the contractor on failure in attending the complaint. 4. Number of complaints may vary day to day and shall be on required basis. Contractor shall quote the rate accordingly including all aspects like labour, tools and transportation etc.
