Hiring of consultancy service (Pre and post bid) and project management required for replacement of 01 x 20/25 MVA, 132/11KV transformer, 3 phase, oil filled with on load tap changer (OLTC) and connected works as per site requirement and preparation / modification of 132 KV structure alongwith change in the equipment ratings, Scope also includes, basic design engineering of all equipment including cables, preparation of the tentative bill of materials with cost and supporting quotation document for supply of 20/25 MVA, 132/11 KV grade transformer and connected works like any modification in existing 132 KV structure protection system including dismantling taking out existing 10/16 MVA transformer at Naval Dockyard, Visakhapatnam, scope also includes preparation of tenders, scrutiny of tenders, recommendation of the contractor submitted drawings and Project Management services (PMS) like site supervision quality checking, site progress review, certification after completion of the project work.
