Material and labour for repairs and overhauling of pumps of following capacities by disconnecting and taking out from the bed, self casting of shaft and body cover refixing the impeller old or new, replacement of worn out bush/ball bearing, replacement of gland packing, studs, bolts etc., reassembling the pump unit, reinstalling its original position by confirming the alignment including painting to pump body with one coat of synthetic enamel paint, testing all as specified and directed. Note :- Impeller required new shall be measured and paid seperately.

Material and labour for repairs and overhauling of motors of following capacities by disconnecting and taking out from the bed, replacement of worn out bush/ball bearing, lugs, studs, bolts etc., re-installing in it's original position including painting the motor body with one coat of synthetic enamel paint, connecting up, testing all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for disconnecting, taking out the motors of following capactities from the bed, tranportation to workshop and removing the existing winding and rewinding with new super enameled copper wire of same gauge and same number of turns after thorough cleaning of stator body and rotor applying insulating varnish, drying up by heating for improving ohmic valve, reassembling the motor by replacement of both end bearings, including painting with one coat of synthetic enamel paint, reinstalling on its original position connecting up, testing all as specified and directed :-

Material and labour for taking out defective carbon brush with holder from slipring motor, supply & fix new carbon brush with holder suitable for motor upto135 HP capacity all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix fully automatic star delta starter in sheet metal enclosure/suitable at site , AC 3 Phase, 415 volts 50 Hz of following type and capacity , including necessary control wiring, commissioning including taking out old unserviceable star delta starter all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for complete Servicing/maintenance of multiple section of LT Panel board in one plant room comprising ACBs/ MCCBs/SDF, busbar chamber, swich gear chamber, metering chamber cable termination / tray chamber after opening front / top / side / back cover by using forced air pressure and brushes, cleaning of all dust/durt, complete cleaning of out side surface of panel board using suitable cleaning agents, tighting of all nuts & bolts of busbar/ switchgear / cable terminals, repair / replacement to defective metering wiring from ACB / MCCB / CT to meter and replacement of defective meters, CTs, indicator lamp, metering terminal blocks, MCB, replacement of defective aluminum cable lugs, nuts-bolts-washers,cleaning of all power contacts, replacement of defective Panel knob/door knob and hinges all as specified and directed

Note:- Panel Meter, indicator lamp, MCB/MCCB and CT will be measured and paid seperately as supply only. required aluminium cable lugs, metering cables and nuts-bolts-washers shall be inclusive of quoted rate.Servicing/maintenance of ACBs shall be inclusive of quoted rate. Items apart from supply only which are required in site are deemed to be included in the quoted rate to make the unit completely functional.Contractor has to deploy manpower at the worksite to attend the breakdown calls received from representatives during two shifts throughout the week including sundays & holidays and on emergencies in third shift shall be attended ,preventive maintenance for the entire duration of contract.It is the contractors responsibility to make the unit functional and sufficient stock of spares shall be maintained to rectify the breakdown within scheduled period.Cleaning,stacking,sorting,handling and upkeeping of maintenance shall be carried out by contractor.
