BOQ ( Sch A ) Internal Electric works Taking down carefully copper / aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete with fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, sockets, lamp holders, brackets, bulk head fittings, tube light fittings etc. and making good disturbed surfaces of walls etc. as per existing finishes by plastering, repairs and white / colour wash etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of point wiring for one light point / fan point / bell point (independent point), controlled by one, one way switch with 1.50 sqmm size PVC insulated unsheathed 1100 volts grade single core multi-stranded) copper conductor cable (FRLS) drawn into and including PVC casing capping of suitable size with its all necessary fittings and accessories on wooden / stone / brick masonry wall surface and sunk cast iron or pressed steel terminal boxes for mounting fittings like switches, sockets, lamp holders, sketch fittings and covered with 3 mm thick plastic laminated bakelite sheet cover fixed with brass screws and cup washers including one continuous run of PVC insulated (green colour) 1.50 sqmm size solid copper conductor cable as in earth wire and connected to common earth dolly complete all as specified and directed. (Note:- wiring shall be in done in colour coding as directed by Engoneer in charge )

All as per item No 2 here in before but one socket outlet 5 pin 5 Amp controlled by one, one way switch on same board.

Supply and fixing Recess mounting LED 2x2 luminaire,36 W, 230v, suitable for Recessed mounting ,with powder coated CRCA housing with LEDs, seamless front frame complete with driver and all accessories internally pre-wired and including necessary cutting as required in panel and connecting up with twin core twisted flexible copper conductor cable with suitable size complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement High quility LED T8 tube rod 20 Watt (with inbuild driver) with single side connection including connection with wire of 1.5 sqmm twin twisted flexible cable complete all as specified & directed.

Supply and fixing High quility LED lighting fixture with co extruded polycarbonate body,complete with retrofit T8 polycarbonate/glass tube, 18 Watt, internally pre wired of 1.5 sqmm twin twisted flexible cable complete all as specified & directed.

Taking down for Repair of Exhaust fan of size 250 mm to 450 mm sweep of any type including replacement of burned copper winding, bearing and any other accessories and refixing after repair with suitable size nut bolts and wire complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fixing Exhuast fan metal body heavy duty ISI marked , 230 volt, 900 rpm,single phase , 250mm size, with louvers including, cutting, opening through bricks/ stone wall for fixing in openings , grounting of suitable size of nuts & bolts for exhaust fan and making good distrubed surface , connecting flexible cable wire from ceiling rose to exhaust fan complete all as specified and directed .

Supply & Fixing Lighting arresters Expulsion type complete with all fittings , 30 Kilo amp discharge capacity distribution class complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in- charge.

Supply & Fixing CFL light fitting, 1x9 watt bulk head luminaries, with lamp holders, etc complete with all accessories and including, connecting up with twin core twisted flexible copper coductor cable with suitable size of 230V, 50 HZ complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in- charge.

Material and labour for earthing complete with galvanised earth plate electrode 600 X 600 X 6 mm thick burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m below ground level) with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level, connected to galvanised earth lead wire 4 mm dia by means of nuts, bolts, check nuts & washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown on electrical plate No. 3 of MES schedule 2009, Part – I (Specifications) and connected to main switch board / main DB’s / earthing test point including all necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil, adequate quantity of charcoal dust & common salt all around the earth plate minimum 150 mm in all directions with & including watering pipe 20 mm dia GI medium grade, GI funnel made out of 0.63 mm thick GI sheet, wire gauge, 50 mm thick RCC cover in PCC 1:2:4, type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate), duly reinforced with 6 mm dia mild steel round bars @ 150 mm both ways center to center with suitable lifting handle to cover, earth pit of PCC 1:3:6 type C1, GI protection pipe 15mm dia light grade up to 7.5mtr from electrode GI pipe to be fixed with complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) Earth lead beyond 7.5 mtr from electrode to earth terminal point/main switch & GI pipe light grade 15mm dia for protection against mechanical damage to lead shall be measured separately. (ii) On testing after completion if desired earth resistance is not obtained, the earthing will be redone at no extra cost.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanised steel, earth plate electode 600x600x6mm thick buried directly in gournd ( earth pit not less than 2.25mtrs below ground level ) with the top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level connected to galvanised Iron Strip of size 25x4 mm as Earth lead by means of bolts, nuts check nuts and washers of galvanised iron/steel all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES schedule 2009 Part I connected to main switch board/main DBs/earthing test point including all necessary excavation and earth work in hard/dense soil common salt and charcoal dust mixed and packed 150mm thick all-round the GI earth plate, watering pipe 20 mm dia GI medium grade, GI sheet 0.63 mm thick funnel, wire, gauge, 50mm thick RCC cover in 1:2:4, type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate), duly reinforced with 6 mm dia mild steel round bars @ 150 mm both ways center to center with suitable lifting handle to cover, earth pit of PCC 1:3:6 type C1 , GI protection pipe 15mm dia 'light grade' upto 7.5 Mtr from electrode etc, complete all as specified and directed including testing on completion. NOTE:- i) Earth lead beyond 7.5 m from electrode to earth terminal point/main switch board & GI pipe light grade 15 mm dia for protection against mechanical damage to lead shall be measured separately. ii) On testing after completion if desired earth resistance is not obtained, the earthing will be redone at no extra cost.
