Material and labour for complete removal of old existing treatment of wall (external/ internal) and ceiling finishes using mechanical dry wall sander machine (having mechanical vacuum mechanism) having RPM not less than 1500, sanding pad of 80 grit and above having dia of 7" /9" to completely remove the existing treatment of wall and ceiling surface and ready to take new surface finishes complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for applying waterproof cement based putty @0.80kg (undiluted) per sqm of average thickness 1.50mm in two coats on prepared / newly plastered wall (external/ internal) and ceiling surfaces in following steps- (i) Filling cracks in wall using crack seal compound Asian smart care crack seal or equivalent (ii) Mix the putty @ 0.8 kg/sqm by adding 35 to 40% water by volume or as per approved manufacturer's instructions & mix it with electric putty mixer with mixing capacity of min 2.5 kg putty per minute upto 5 to 10 minutes (iii) Apply the first coat of prepared mix with the help of fully automatic airless spray machine of putty application having flow speed of max 6 ltrs per minute with max pressure 3300 PSI with bottom to top configuration and allow 6-8 hrs to dry the putty surface. (iv) Apply the second coat of prepared mix with the help of fully automatic airless spray machine of putty application having flow speed of max 6 ltrs per minute with maximum pressure 3300 PSI with horizontal configuration (v) Allow 6-8 hrs to dry putty surface then prepare the surface by electronic wall sander machine to apply subsequent coats of primer complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for applying one coat of acrylic water based exterior grade / interior grade primer @ 0.90 litre (undiluted) / 10 sqm diluted with water in 1:1 ratio to be applied with fully automatic airless spray machine of paint application with a flow speed of min 1 lit per minute having a pressure of 3300 PSI on prepared ceiling or internal / external walls surfaces. Allow 6 - 8 hrs to dry the surface for painting of subsequent coats complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for applying two coats of anti fungal weather proof grade exterior acrylic emulsion paint of approved tint @1.80 lit / 10 sqm (undiluted) as per approved manufacturer's instruction over prepared and primed surface of external wall. Allow 6-8 hrs to dry the surface in subsequent coats of paint complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of old decorated wooden surfaces of any description not other wise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of old decorated steel surfaces of any description not other wise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for writing letters or figures (Block, Roman, Italic or Indian) on plastered surfaces with using black synthetic enamel paint on back ground and letter & numbers written with white synthetic enamel paint of 150mm height etc complete all as specified and directed. Note for all painting works above: - The following measures shall be ensured by contractor before & during execution of the work - (a) All painting works shall be got executed through original material manufacturing company and their authorized applicators as approved by GE and contractor will submit MOU with manufacturing company and their authorized applicator alongwith performance gurantee. (b) The Contractor shall upload with the documents under cover I "Memoradum of Understanding" (MOU) with at least one of the manufacturers mentioned in the contract, failing which the bid shall be liable to be rejected. (c) Contractor shall submit gurantee from OEM of 07 Years for effectiveness of painting carried out by them from certified date of completion. (d) Contractor shall deposit entire quantity of material (proprietory materials) in sealed containers required for painting works covered in the work in custody of Engineer-in-Charge / rep of Engineer-in-Charge. (e) The material as required shall be issued to contractor by rep of Engineer-in-Charge on daily basis and empty containers / bags shall be deposited in the store of Engineer-in-Charge by Contractor for verification of consumption / coverage prescribed by manufacturer. (f) After completion of painting work contractor shall remove and clean all droplets / stain of paint left on the floor, glass & joinery. (g) The work shall be executed upto 12m height and cost of suitable scaffolding shall be deemed tobe included in quoted rates. (h) Sample patch of 10sqm should be prepared considering all the items of periodical services and shall be got approved from GE prior to carrying out further work. (j) Work for item Nos 1.00, 2.00, 3.00, 4.00, 5.00, 6.00 and 7.00 shall be carriedout by fully automatic machines. The rate is inclusive for the same.

Material and labour for ready mix plaster of average thickness 15mm on brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth including necessary scaffolding complete all as per manufacture's instructions and as directed.

Taking down cement mortar or lime plaster of any description from stone or brick wall or concrete surface etc including raking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water and disposing off the rubbish materials out side MD landand including necessary scaffoldings complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (reinforced) and (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) as in roofs, floors (other than ground floors) beams, slabs, staircases, landing, chajjas and similar suspended work complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
