Excavation in foundation in ordinary soil (Loam Clay or sand) including lift upto 1.5m (5fts) and lead upto 30mm (100fts) & including filling, watering and ramming of excavated earth into the trenches or into the space between the building and the sides of foundation trenches or into the plinth and removal and disposal of surplus earth as directd by the Engineer-in-Charge upto a distance of 30m (100 fts) from the foundation trenches.

Providing and injecting Anti termite treat ment

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8 (1 cement :4 coarse sand :8 graded Brick ballast aggregate 40 mm nominal size) including supply of all materials, labour T & P rtc required for proper completion of the work and curing complete also including cost of formwork in foundation & floors.

R.C.C. work with cement approved coarse sand and 20 mm. guage approved stone ballast in the proportion of 1:1.5:3 (M-20) in Raft foundation excluding supply of reinforcement and its fixing and binding the same with 24 B.W.G.G.I. binding wire and including necessary centering and shuttering etc.and also including supply of all materials, labour and tools and plants etc, required for proper completion of the works. Binding wire cost being inluded in the item.

Sand filling in foundention

M-150 brick work in 1:6 cement and coarse sand of 2.25 F.M. mortar in foundation and plinth including supply of all materials, labour, tools and plants etc. required for proper completion of the work. (1:6 cement & coarse sand)

R.C.C. work with cement approved coarse sand and 20 mm. guage approved stone ballast in the proportion of 1:1.5:3 (M-20) in Plinth band excluding supply of reinforcement and its fixing and binding the same with 24 B.W.G.G.I. binding wire and including necessary centering and shuttering etc.and also including supply of all materials, labour and tools and plants etc, required for proper completion of the works. P/F Mild steel or iron in plain work such as reinforced concrete or reinforced, brick work (when not included in over all rates ) wrought to required shape as necessary including bending for proper completion of the work and including supply of all steel and and over lapping & hooks.(TMT Fe-500)

Filling of carted earth including supply of necessary quantity of sand from a distance nat exceeding 15.0 km from the site of work
