Maintenance of 2 x 630 kVA oil cooled indoor transformer sub-station at TE Panamapilly Nagar

Cleaning the dusts, cobwebs , sands and dirts accumulated on floor , ceiling , walls , rolling shutters , light fixtures and fans in substation room and shifting the unwanted materials kept in the substation room to another location in exchange premises in consultation with exchange complete as required

Filtration and dehydration of the Transformer oil in the existing Transformer using high vacuum streamline filter to bring the dielectric strength to the required limit i/c furnishing the BDV test certificate of approved agency as required

Supplying and filling of tested quality fresh transformer oil suitable for 11 KV system etc as required

Supply and replacing breather with fresh silica gel for the existing 630 kVA transformer etc as required

Refilling the breather with fresh silica gel after removing the hydrated gel, cleaning the assembly, refixing, etc as reqd.

Arresting the oil leak through primary side HT bush of 630 KVA Transformer(TR-2) i/c dismantling and removing of conservator tank and other accessories, lifting of top cover after draining out oil, rectification of leak through HT bush , replacing all the required gaskets, reassembling all accessories, re filling transformer oil etc complete as required.

Arresting the oil leak through secondary side LT neutral earth bush of 630 KVA Transformer ( TR-1) i/c dismantling and removing of conservator tank and other accessories, lifting of top cover after draining out oil, rectification of leak through LT bush , replacing all the required gaskets, reassembling all accessories, re filling transformer oil etc complete as required.

Supplying and fixing 11 KV HT bushing with copper terminals & studs i/c flexible copper conductor of suitable size & length with copper socket etc complete as required.

Cleaning the body of the existing 630 KVA ,11KV/415V, indoor oil cooled transformer to remove thick deposit of dust etc as required

Cleaning the dust inside and outside of the existing 1000 A bus bar trunking from transformers to main MV panel i/c removing the cover of the bus bar trunking , checking all the joints for any loose connection, tightening the same if required , refixing the trunking cover etc complete as required

S/F 3 mm thick plain glass of approximate size 42 cm x 19 cm to replace the broken front cover of the existing IDMT relay etc as required

Servicing of the following rating draw out type LT Air Circuit breaker i/c cleaning and checking all insulators, mechanical parts, all moving & fixed contacts ,secondary isolating contacts, all connections of CTs, built in protection release, control wiring ,lubricating all mechanical parts ,cleaning contact tips, applying petroleum jelly on all contacts , checking ,correcting, lubricating the break and make mechanism, safety shutter mechanism,earthing point and other necessary items etc as required

S/F new socket type castle lock & key mechanism for the LT ACBs to replace the old damaged one i/c dismantling the old one, fixing the new one, checking and correcting the alignment of the same, testing etc complete as required.

Testing , Checking and correcting the pick up time and closing time of IDMT relay unit ( 2 OC & 1 EF) of the LT panel / HT panel and setting the desired over current and earth fault level with standard testing kit , checking and correcting connected control wiring in the panel , checking shunt trip circuit ,auxiliary switches , sub mitting the test certificates etc as required.

S/F 110 mm dia (OD) LT current transformer of ratio 800/5A to replace the faulty one i/c removing the same from the existing main bus bars, fixing the new one, giving connection, testing etc complete as required.

Repairing of the existing MCCB ( main incomer ) trip warning audible alarm panel of approx size 30cm x 30cm x 25cm fixed on the side of the existing sub LT panel II , checking the control wiring, rectify the complaints , testing etc as required.

S/F general purpose 8 pin plug in relay suitable for 250 V , 10 A operation having 220 V coil supply to replace the faulty one etc complete as required.

Servicing of sub LT Panel-II of main DELTA power plant approximate size 2.1 M ( L) x 0.35 M (D) x 2.2 M (H) comprising of the following switchgears like 2 Nos 400A MCCBs an incomers and 8 Nos 250A MCCBs as outgoings, digital multifunction meter , indicator lamps including tightening of all control and power circuit connections, checking and tightening bus bar connections and cable terminations to avoid loose connections , cleaning and de-dusting of the complete panel, sealing of unwanted opening/holes, replacing burnt/damaged cable lugs, rusted /damaged bolts nuts, providing suitable size thumb screws in place of missing ones , checking of mechanical interlocks and correcting its alignment , testing of the panel for IR values, measuring the temperature on the main bus bars/cable terminations , recording the temperature values & IR values on load after servicing etc complete as required.

Servicing of sub LT Panel-I for main EXICOM power plant of approximate size 1.8 M ( L) x 0.35 M (D) x 1.65 M (H) comprising of the following switchgears like 2 Nos 400A MCCBs an incomers and 3 Nos 250 A MCCBs as outgoings, digital multifunction meter , indicator lamps including tightening of all control and power circuit connections, checking and tightening bus bar connections and cable terminations to avoid loose connections , cleaning and de-dusting of the complete panel, sealing of unwanted opening/holes, replacing burnt/damaged cable lugs, rusted /damaged bolts nuts, providing suitable size thumb screws in place of missing ones , checking of mechanical interlocks and correcting its alignment , testing of the panel for IR values, measuring the temperature on the main bus bars/cable terminations , recording the temperature values & IR values on load after servicing etc complete as required.

S/F of 63 A , TPN SDF with 50 A HRC fuse links suitable for 50 Hz, 440 V in the existing LT Panel i/c dismantling the damaged switch, providing necessary modification in the existing cubicle to suite with the new switch , giving connection with main bus bars with suitable size bus bars/cables ( if required) , testing etc complete as required(- M/s L&T , FN 63 or SS make)

Supplying and fixing fire retardant electrically insulated, non skid type with fluted top and plain bottom or top with chequered finish synthetic mat suitable for all voltages not exceeding 11KV (dielectric strength) Confirming to BIS/IS standards, having minimum width of 1000 mm +/- 20 mm

Removing the sand in fire buckets (6 Nos) cleaning the bucket painting the bucket with fire red enamel paint outside, white enamel paint inside and black enamel paint in the bottom, sieving the sand to remove the dirt and debris and refilling the bucket with sand and topping up the sand etc complete as reqd .

Supplying and fixing earth discharge rod with suitable length of flexible copper wire for earthing 11KV DP structures /HT cable etcas reqd.

Disconnecting the out going power cables ( 3 1/2 x 150 Sq mm to 3 1/2 x 240 Sq mm ) from the existing MCCBs/TPN SDFs of the main MV panel to the respective HPAC plant/main power plant and relaying and reconnecting the same in the spare switches available in the right side section of the 630A bus coupler of the main MV panel in order to ensure that supply to the most important installations like DELTA / EXCOM power plants and HPAC plants for GGSN/MSC can be maintained at all the time even during the execution of maintenance works on one section of the main MV panel etc complete as required. ( Note : These cables have to be recovered from the bottom of the existing main LT trench where 4 Nos X 3 1/2x400 Sq mm power cable were layed above the cables to be recovered ).

Design, printing and supply of the updated single line diagram of 2x630kVA substation using adhesive type vinyl paper and paste the same on 2/3mm thick form sheet and fix it on the wall with 25x3mm Al. frame on all 4 sides etc as reqd.( The lay out of the existing substation scheme will be given by BSNL).

Design, printing and fixing the signage/sticker using adhesive type vinyl paper on the existing panel board etc. as reqd.

Supplying of Auto Digital AC/DC Clamp meter suitable for reading 1200A DC and 1000A AC, AC DC Voltages, Resistance etc as reqd (Make : MECO 3600+ or similar superior

Cleaning the exterior surface of the MV panels ,APFC panel , bus trunking and fire barrier to remove dust and dirt accumalated on them , spray painting the surface area with suitable and approved enamel paint including removing rusted particles and applying metallic primer/putty wherever required etc. as reqd.

Colour washing of the foundations of the 160 KVA transformer, 2 pole structure, metering kiosk, MCCB kiosk etc with two coats of superior quality water based cement paint of approved colour and make, after complete cleaning of the surface for removing dust, mud, old paint, etc complete as required.

Supply and replacing breather with fresh silica gel for the existing 160 kVA transformer etc as required

S/L of zero gauge copper conductor on the HT structure from AB switch to transformer i/c dismantling the broken one, tying the new one with HT insulators etc as required

Removing the grass, vegetation roots, bushes, creepers and climbers , debris , cleaning, inside the existing HT structure yard and outside surrounding area ( up to 1 Mtr) , cleaning , filtering, levelling the stone aggregate, etc complete as required.

Tracing the existing earth pit of the out door structure by removing the sand covered over the same, cleaning the pit , replacing the rusted nuts & bolts of the earth connection with new steel nuts & bolts of suitable size, colour washing the same with water based cement paint etc complete as required

Replacing the damaged rubber beading of the 25 x 20 cm see through glass of the HT metering kiosk with new rubber beading of superior quality and suitable size etc as required

Supply and fixing the HT termination stud on HT Bush of the 160 KVA transformer i/c opening the top cover of the transformer, dismantling and removing the faulty HT connecting stud replacing all the required gaskets / washers, reassembling all accessories back etc complete as required.

P/F 4 mm thick MS Plate of approx size 0.60 M x 0.40 M to replace the fully rusted bottom cover of the LT side cable termination box of the 160 KVA Transformer, disconnecting the two numbers 3 1/2 x 150 sq mm Al Ar LT UG cables after removing the check nut of the glands, fixing the new MS plate, making suitable size holes all around the plate for fixing bolts & cable glands, re fixing the existing cable glands, giving connections, providing suitable size packing/beading, new nuts & bolts of suitable size etc complete as required

P/F 4 mm thick MS Plate of approx size 0.80 M x 0.60 M to replace the fully rusted top cover of the MCCB Kiosk including cutting, sizing, welding , painting etc and removing the old rusty one etc complete as required

Servicing one set of 11 KV Air break switch on DP structure for smooth functioning of open/close operations including lubricating the parts, replacing minor spares like nuts, bolts etc, checking and correcting the alignment meggering ,tightening of all terminations etc as required.

Supply and replacing of following faulty items in the 11 kV structure i/c dismantling existing faulty accessories after checking, meggering etc as required.
