TERM CONTRACT FOR ARTIFICER WORKS OF ZONE 1 AT MIL STN DHRANGADHRA

To perform such services and execute such works covered under the subject tender upon the terms and conditions contained & referred to in the tender documents and as emumerated in the MES schedule, for the period of one year from the date mentioned in the acceptance letter (AOC), at the rates contained in MES Standard Schedule of Rates Part-I 2009 (Specifications) with amendments Nos 1 to 3 and MES Standard Schedule of rates Part-II 2020 (Rates) (including amendments srl No. 01 to 122) and at such other rates as may be fixed under the provisions of condition 62 of IAFW-2249 (General Conditions of Contracts) (including amendments).
