33 KV AAAC AL-59 , 241 sq mm Covered Conductor (As per EN- 50397-1:2006) .The conductor shall be stranded, round, non compacted and water tight. Non Compacted conductor shall comply with all the requirement of EN 50397-1-2006. The stranded conductor shall be longitudinally water blocked by means of a water blocking material.The semi conducting screen, inner insulation and outer insulation should be extruded in one step. The outer covering insulation shall be UV-stabilized, tracking resistant black XLPE.

33 KV grade covered conductor AAAC , 241 sq mm and current rating of 450 Amp.

Excavation of earth and erection of 33 KV single support with CC Complete.

Fabrication of steel by cutting and drilling properly

Excavation of erth for stay pit size 0.6x0.6x1.2mtr. In all type of soil including proper dressing of sides and ramming of bottom including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed complete work.

Fixing , tightening and nozzaling of stay with pole rod on required tension as per drawing/Respo manual.

33 KV line

Grouting of stay in size 0.60x0.60x0.30 in cc ratio 1:4:8(1 cement:4 graded stone 20mm nominal size:8 coarse sand) block including cost of cement, sand and stone ballast back filling of soil and boulders in pit and ramming and proper alignment, leveling as per Respo manual.
