Labour to re-stringing/ tilting, clamping, bending , jumpering, etc to be removing excess sag of loose ACSR of over head line upto permissible sag at camp area using accessories, T&P such as manila rope, puller and tripod etc upto permissible sag between two poles to continiously upto terminating point of tightening of stay strand in proper angle etc all as per site requirement and directed Note :- (i) Three/ four/six/eight runs of ACSR shall be measured against one unit. (ii) Quoted rates shall be included for all required T&P and safety equipment. (iii) Span ( Length 30 mtrs to 50 mtrs) Between two consecutive poles shall be measured as one unit.

Supply and fixing in replacement to old by new Danger notice plate of 1.6mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enamelled white, with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with M.S. clamps, bolts and nuts of approved size, for LT, 20x15cm size all as specified and directed. Note :- Instruction shall be written in three lauguage Hindi, English and Assami on notice board.

M&L in replacement of Cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of paint complete all as specified and as directed .

Supply and fixing in replacement of Pin type, porcelain, vitreous, white, brown or green insulator including one galvanised mild steel spindle, two galvanised iron washers and one galvanised iron nut, 100 mm height, 65 mm dia for working pressure 1100 volts grade complete all as specified and directed .

Supply and fixing in replacement of Shackle Type, Porcelain, vitreous, white, brown or green insulator including galvanised mild steel straps, washers, insulator bolts, washers and nuts, suitable for 1100 Volts, Height 100 mm, Width 115 mm including galvanised strap 31 x 5 mm, Nut bolts 14 mm and Washer 3 mm thick as under: complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of Loop type insulator, vitreous porcelain, white, brown or green, Small size, with overall dimensions 65 x 90mm, clearance of hole 16mm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for in replacement of Stay assembly 16 mm dia stay rod complete with accessories as shown in electrical plate No. 1 (loop type insulator, stay clamps, excavation and concrete measured separately) complete all as specified and directed . Note : Loop type insulator, excavation, earth work and concrete to be measured and paid against the respective item.

M & L in replacement Steel tubular swaged poles complete with cast iron base plate, finial tapr plug, bolts, nuts and screws as specified type 410 SP-31, 9 metres long complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for in replacement of Galvanised stay strand (Grade 2), size 7/4.0 mm mm complete all as specified and directed.

Re-fixing only with tilting/ jointing/ bending/ jumpering etc all as site to aluminium conductor steel reinforced (ACSR) in any size/ dai/ type etc on existing poles using puller/ rope/ tripod etc to re-staching in permiceable sag all as directed.

M&L for painting to electric pole steel tubular/ PCC of any length after removing /scraping/ bruses/ cleaning to old paint on external surface in two coats of paint over one coats of red oxide primer by using aluminium paint on steel tubular and cement paint on PCC poles in any height/ length/ dia etc including cross arms/ angles, nut, bolt , washers etc and making alternate strips of yellow and black paint in 30 cm minium width upto 1.5 Mtr above normal GL and writing Pole No complete all as site and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : Colour of paint shall be approved by Engr-in-charge.

Decarbonising/ cleaning of Existing LT panel cubical type of various size consists of bus bar and circuit chamber, metering chambers CTs and relays chambers, checking the bus bar joints, bus bar and circuit spouts, cleaning and applying Busbar Insulation Tape to the bus bars , checking the current transformer, applying Monoplast compound at the bus bar joints after tightening of joints ,replaced new suiable size of lugs /suitable copper control cable and reassembling , if any rusted sheet replaced with new sheet as per existing size complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- Cost of lubricant/ cleaning agents (CRC & rust remover) / hardware like springs/ bolts/ nuts/ washers,lugs/ suitable copper cables cost of labour, T&P required for replacement shall be etc. shall be deemed to be included in the rate quoted.

Material and labour for painting to LT panel of any size by scrapping and removing oil paint and applying 01 coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved colour by taking due complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge .

M & L for spreading crushed coarse stones aggregate upto 40mm grade suitable for substation yard complete all as specified and directed.

S & F LED indicating Lamps for R, Y, B phases complete including taking down ols U/S lamps all as specified and directed.

M & L Earthing complete with GI earth plate electrode 60cmX60cmX6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtrs deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level, connecting to galvanized earth strip 32 x 6 mm as earthing conductor by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of GI and all as shown in Electrical plate No.5 of SSR Part I and including testing on completion all as specified locations and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note: 1.The above quoted rate shall include cost of main earthing lead of 32 x 6mm GI earth strip, charcoal, salt, excavation and earth work in any type of soil CI cover, funnel with 20mm dia light grade GI water pipe including GI protection pipe 40mm dia light grade for earth strip etc. 2. The cost of earth pit is deemed to be included in the unit rate.

Felling of tree exc. 30 cm of girth including cutting of trunk,and branches and stacking of serviceable material to a distance n exc. 50 m and clearing site complete all as specified and direted.

Material and labour for surface dressing averaging 15cm depth in soft/loose soil for cleaning and cutting/removal of green vegetation in and around the installations and removal of the soil outside of the installation including spreading thin layer of anti vegetation chemical to prevent abnormal growth of grass/bushes complete all ad directed as specifed.

Supply and lying in repair of rubber mat of size 1m x 2m , 19 mm thick complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note 1:-The contract sum shall be arrieved at after deducting amount of schedule of credit from the total quated amount. Note 2-Contractor's supervisor and main worker would wear shirt/T-shirt of colour sky blue/brown/yellow preferable embosed with contractor's firm name while carriying out any activities in defence area for better check of security purpose. Note 3:-The tenderer (all eligible contractors) shall ascertain the taxes & levies as on date. The subject tender caters all the taxes & levies as on date including the latest notification of GST issued as on date ( issued by Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs)
