Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of following size/ capacity of ductable type Air conditioner having 3 phase scroll compressor with accessories required for respective units, suitable for operation on 3-phase, 415 volt +/- 10%, 50 Hz AC supply with ceiling suspended evaporator units & outdoor type compressor units, microprocessor based control panel, corded Remote with refrigerant pipes etc. Make- Mitsubishi / Carrier / Voltas / Blue Star / Daiken. CAT no. shall be specified along with technical literature. The cost shall be inclusive of dismantling of the existing AC & modification required for installation of new AC machine as mentioned below along with necessary fixing arrangement of IDU & ODU, interconnecting cable between IDU & ODU, replacement of other necessary control/power cables etc. complete with incoming & outgoing connections, supply & charging of R-410A or equivalent HFC refrigerant gas. Painting of stand, properly alignment with the existing AC system after removal of old IDU & ODU pipes, cables etc. Modification of ducting system, pipe line connection, cable connection are to be carried out by the contractor as required. Motors, compressors etc of old AC system if in working condition to be handed over & arrangement of removal of body/scrapped item ae per site requirement. No hidden cost allowed.

Supply, installation & testing of following refrigerant piping with hard / soft drawn copper refrigeration pipelines providing necessary fittings, support, fixing etc. & brazing arrangement. Providing necessary Ball isolation valves, Expansion valves, Driers etc. are to be installed as required / recommended. Proper leak testing of entire refrigeration pipelines with dry nitrogen. All the joints are to be sealed with nitrile rubber properly.

Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of control cable (6 core x 1.5 sq.mm. PVC insulated armoured copper cable with 2 nos. 12 SWG copper earth wire with necessary supporting clamp/spacers & saddles etc) between IDU & ODU of AC units complete with all accessories including incoming & outgoing connection complete. Dismantling of existing controlling cable is also included. (Cable make: Finolex, Polycab, Gloster/PWD approved as per direction of EIC)

Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of power cable (4 core x 6 sq.mm. XLPE insulated armoured copper cable with 2 nos. 10 SWG GI earth wire with necessary supporting clamp/spacers & saddles etc) for power supply from power supply point with all accessories including incoming & outgoing connection complete. Dismantling of existing power cable is also included. (Cable make: Finolex, Polycab, Gloster/PWD approved as per direction of EIC)

Lifting & shifting charges of AC unit (IDU & ODU) to the respective floors (3rd /4th/5th as required). The ODU is to be installed on suitable size of MS structure & platform on terrace/ chajja / outside wall as directed as per site condition. The platform to be made by 6mm thick U channel (75mm x 40m x 40mm) to hold the ODU by nuts & bolts, it's legs are to be grouted by using cement & sand etc., strong enough to take the load of the machine & providing vibration pads etc.

Duct Modification: Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of 24 SWG GI sheet & ducting materials with nitrile rubber insulation, duct fabrication, repairing duct leakage, air balancing & gaping for proper cooling, adjustment or suitable replacement of VCDs. Cleaning of existing duct with vacuum cleaner along with checking of relevant grills, canvas mouth, dismantling & repairing of conceal / expose type false ceiling , dismantling & shifting of existing AC machines etc as per site requirement. Execution of each machine to be carried out in limited time period as specified in 'Special Terms & Conditions'.
