Operation and maintenance of Toilet blocks

Operation and Maintenance of 68 nos of toilet blocks at Vegetable market, Fruit market , Flower market & 10 nos of urinals at KWMC including maintaining of Water Supply and sanitary network by engaging cleaners for 3 shifts per day (18 nos in 1st shift (6 am to 2.00 pm ),18 nos in 2nd shift (2.00 pm to 10.00 pm) and 9 nos of 3rd Shift (10.00 pm to 6.00 am )), & Plumber-cum supervisor 3 Nos per day (1nos 1st shift (6 am to 2.00 pm ),1nos 2nd shift (2.00 pm to 10.00 pm) & 1nos 3rd shift (10.00 pm to 6.00 am )).Toilet blocks should be cleaned by engaging 12 Nos.of high pressure washer for all perishable markets. The work includes cleaning of toilets by using high pressure washer, operation of motors and valves to ensure uninterrupted water supply to the toilet blocks, sweeping and mopping of floors in toilet blocks, cleaning of urinals, water closet, washbasins, etc Complete., by using detergents / disinfectants round the clock. The rate includes rectification of minor repairs in water supply, including the cost of all the Consumables such as Phenoyl, Bleaching Powder, Broom Sticks, Aluminium Bucket, mob sticks,Dust bin ,Rigid plastic Mug,Wiper &Toilet Cleaning liquid etc., and all complete as directed by Departmental Officers during execution.

Operation and Maintenance of Sewerage Network including Pumping Station at KWMC on day to day basis including cleaning of silts in the chambers with the help of Electrician cum Plumber class I - 1 No. per day by engaging jetting cum suction & Grab Vehicle and operate the motor pumps round the clock and to assist the plumber for removing silts with the help of Mazdoor category - II - 3 Nos. per day etc Complete.,The rate including the cost of all the Consumables Tools like Shovel, digging bar, Sludge removing rack etc., & cost of consumable items like waste, gloves, safety shoes etc., etc., and all complete as directed by Departmental Officers during execution.

Engaging Jetting cum Suction Vehicle with capacity of 4000 L jetting with 100 meter jetting hose and 4000 L Suction tanker for removing blockages in sewer lines and removing silts by using suction vehicle as required. The suction tanker should be operate atleast 3 loads per day and the Jetting should be used whenever required to remove the blockages. The Rental charges is for per day basis which includes Driver, Cleaner, operator, helper to open man holes and fuel used for the operation. The vehicle should be operate as directed by the departmental officer whenever required.

Operation and Maintenance of Existing Jetting Vehicle and Grabbing Vehicle for removing blockages in sewer lines and removing silts by using suction vehicle as required. The vehicle should be operate with proper technition which includes Driver, Cleaner, operator, helper to open man holes and fuel used for the operation. The rate is inclusive of manpower, fuel cost and repairing cost. The vehicle should be operate as directed by the departmental officer whenever required.
