Execution of work M/W (Development Repair of Modern Buildings) to maintenance and repairing of Toilet block and store room at Ancient remains at Boxanagar, Sepahijala, Tripura for F.Y- 2022-23

Details of Items :

Provision for repairning of plumbing & sanitary items of toilet block & drinking water connection with PVC pipe,(different size ),gate valve,cocks,ball valve,connecting pipe,water connection pipe to drinking water & tank of toilet block,cisterns & others accessories as per requirement of the same including all taxes and fitting & fixing charges ect completed

Provision for one stainless stell (silver) water cooler storage capacity 80/100 litre ( normal & cold water cooler & dispenser) with one Aquaguard RO Purifier,purification capacity 50 litre/ Hour as per approved brand by the Engineer in-charge including transportation,installation and all taxes & charges etc completed

Provision for supplying /purchasing of PVC 1000 Ltr capacity water tank with approved quality & brand by the engineer in-charge for proper sanitary system of toilet block at site including transportation,fitting & fixing charges,GST and all taxes atc completed

Removing white or colour wash by scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc.Complete

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade : New work ( Two or more coats applied @ 3.84 kg/10 sqm)

Finishing with Deluxe Multi surface paint system for interiors and exteriors using Primer as per manufacturers specifications : Painting Steel work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint to give an even shade.Two or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/ 10 sqm over an under coat of primer applied @0.80 ltr/10 sqm of approved brand and manufacture.

Finishing with Deluxe Multi surface paint system for interiors and exteriors using Primer as per manufacturers specifications : Painting Wood work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint of require shade.Two or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/ 10 sqm over an under coat of primer applied @0.75 ltr/10 sqm of approved brand and manufacture.

Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade : New work ( two or more coats) over and including water thinnable priming coat with cement primer.
