Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in benching/revetment work including disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, with all leads and lifts,disposed earth to be neatly levelled and dressed. In ordinary soil/earth mixed with boulders.( Steep hill from Road side apprx. 1 Km.)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade of cement concrete required for top of revetment wall in 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand: 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :1:2:4 (1 Cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).

Random rubble masonry with hard stone in foundation and plinth including levelling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand : 12 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) upto plinth level with :Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand).

Providing weep hole with 75 mm PVC pipe (pressure 6kg/sq.cm in proper slope).

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for : Foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc. for mass concrete.

Random rubble masonry with hard stone in superstructure above plinth level and upto floor five level, including leveling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand : 12 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) at window sills, ceiling level and the like. Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand).

Demolishing old damage stone rubble masonary manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge: In cement mortar.
