Erection, testing and commisioning of 63 / 25 KVA Distribution Transformer Station including H-pole with all equipment / accessories & painting, Distribution Transformer on H-pole and LV Distribution Switchboard on parapet, cables and all connections & earthing, complete.

Civil Works (including material and works)

Concreting of 9 Mtrs. Lattice Structure / Swaged Steel Tubelar Pole in 1:4:8 cc in 0.9x0.9x1.75 mtrs Pit, Construction of parapet 0.61 x 0.61x0.153 mtrs. In 1:3:6 cc i/c 12mm cement plaster of parapet in 1:4 Mix.

Construction of parapet of size 1.2x1.2x1mtrs. In 1:3:6 cc Mix including 12 mm thick cement plaster in 1:4 mix. for placement of 100 KVA Distribution Transformer

Construction of parapet of size 2x0.61x0.35x0.61 mtrs. In 1:3:6 cc mix including 12mm thick cement plaster in 1:4 mix. for Placement of L.T Distribution Board

Fencing for 100/ KVA parapet mounted distribution sub-station of size 3x3 mtrs.constructed with 50x50x5mm M.S angle vertical props, 35x35x6mm M.S angle supports(double run), M.S wire mesh, 50x6mm M.S flat iron for clamping wire mesh complete with gate with locking arrangement, site development, concreting of props in 1:2:4 cc i/c soling & flooring works in 1:4:8 cc as per Layout No.2/F/E&PD/100-315 KVA.

Fencing for 10/16/25/63 KVA pole mounted distribution sub-station of size 2x3 mtrs.constructed with 50x50x5mm M.S angle vertical props, 35x35x6mm M.S angle supports(double run), M.S wire mesh, 50x6mm M.S flat iron for clamping wire mesh complete with gate with locking arrangement, site development, concreting of props in 1:2:4 cc i/c soling & flooring works in 1:4:8 cc as per layout No. 1/F/E&PD/10-63 KVA.

INSTALLATION AND OTHER SERVICES

Dismantling of existing bare conductor 3P5W LT OH lines including removal of poles / lattice structures, insulators, D-clamps, conductors, stays and all accessories, filling and restoration of pits / surfaces, clearance of RoW and returning all salvaged materials to PDS regional stores (provisional qty subject to field requirement)

Dismantling of existing bare conductor 2P2W LT OH lines (as per field requirement) including removal of poles / lattice structures, insulators, D-clamps, conductors, stays and all accessories, filling and restoration of pits / surfaces, clearance of RoW and returning all salvaged materials to PDS regional stores (provisional qty subject to field requirement)

Erection of 8.5 mtr. steel lattice structure, fitting and fixing of all materials (fully dressed) including LT shackle insulatosr, D-clamps & other accesories, existing street lamps, danger plate & barbed wire etc and painting ( but excluding concreting to be priced seperately)

Erection of complete LT Guy assembly with GI stay wire (excluding concreting to be priced seperately)

Stringing of 3 x phase + neutral conductors and earth wire at proper tension/ sag, including insulator binding, earthing (as per applicable std), connecting line with DTR switchboard, reconnecting all exsisting consumer services and street lamps, testing and commisioning of line, complete

Stringing of 1 x phase + neutral conductors at proper tension/ sag, including insulator binding, earthing (as per applicable std), connecting line with DTR switchboard, reconnecting all exsisting consumer services & street lamps, testing and commisioning of line complete

Civil Works (including material and works)

Concreting of 8.5 mtr. Structure in 1:4:8 cc in 0.9x0.9x1.50 mtrs. pit, contruction of parapet 0.35x0.475xx0.153 mtrs. in 1:3:6cc i/c 12mm cement plaster of parapet in 1:4 mix.

Concreting of LT guy assembly in 1:4:8cc in 0.30x0.30x1.05 mts. pit.

Erection of Sub-Main LV Feeder Lines : Laying of cables of size 3.5 C x 50/ 95 or 120 sqmm in UPVC pipes including cable joints , testing and commisioning (excluding trench works to be quoted seperately under civil works)

Erection of LV line connections : Laying of cables of size 3.5C x 25 / 35 sqmm and 4Cx 16 sqmm and in UPVC pipes ( multiple circuits) including all connections & terminations for upto 20 Nos 3-phase connections , testing and commisioning (excluding trench works to be quoted seperately under civil works)

Erection of LV line connections : Laying of cables of size 4Cx 16 sqmm and 2C x 16 / 10 sqmm in UPVC pipes ( multiple circuits) including all connections & terminations for upto 50 Nos 1-phase & 3-phase connections , testing and commisioning (excluding trench works to be quoted seperately under civil works)

Installation, testing and commisioing of 400 A Main Feeder Pillar Panel inclding all cable connections, terminations and earthing ( excluding mounting parapet to be quoted seperately under civil works)
