Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for, such as sunken floor, roof padding etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down existing roof treatment of any type like APP membrane /felt etc including primer of any type over lime concrete/PCC padding/ roof concrete surfaces etc & cleaning of surfaces by brooming, watering etc. The material will be removed by the contractor outside MD land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L brushing neat cement slurry with 3.00 kg cement per Sqm, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) as in roof padding, kerbs, rounded or chamfered on edges complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering on fair faces of RCC roof slab in CM 1:3 duly mixed with liquid water proofing compound, finishing surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed. NOTE- Supply only water proofing liquid shall be measured and paid separately.
