DESCRIPTION OF ITEMS

Dismantling of existing floor hearth or wall tilling include cement mortar bedding removing servicable tiles to store and rubbish off from premises.

Demolition of plain cement Concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description, thickness on brick, stone, concrete surfaces including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, removal of rubbish and cleaning, etc complete as directed and specified.

M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type, B1 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregates mixed with water proofing compound as in copings, roof padding/staging of water tank etc including necessary fromwork, weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick , in cement mortar 1:4 over RCC slab, mixed using water proofing compound liquid @ 200 ml per bag of cement. Complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for cutting chases, pinning in brick/PCC blocks wall for app membrane and making good to facings where required and pointing in cement mortar 1:3. complete all as specified and as directed

M & L for water proofing treatment to accessible roofs surfaces including a coat of applied bituminous shalitex primer @ 0.30 lit per sqm evenly on roof surface and a coat of hot bitumen 85/25 @ 1.2 kg/sqm shall be applied on primed surface and laying of 3mm thick APP modified polymeric membrane (weight not less than 3 kg/sqm) unrolled and bonded completly to the substrate with side overlap of 75 mm and end overlap of 100 mm and then sealed/fused by flame or bitumen and a coat of hot blown bitumen grade 85/25 @ 1.2 kg/sqm shall be applied on top of APP modified polymeric membrane as per manufacturer instruction.

S&F Heavy duty outdoor tiles of size not exceeding 0.36 sqm, 8-10mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry laid with 2 mm spacer filled with epoxy grout of colour as specified by engr-in-charge, as in floor over and incl 15mm thick cement screed bed in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.
