Tenderers / Bidders should have minimum 03 year of experience in the field of Cleaning, Sweeping of Lawns and Pathways in Garden Area of 100 acres along with Collection, Segregation and Transportation of Garbage (MSW) in Government/ Government undertaking firms using minimum 50 workers, 2 auto tippers and 1 garbage compactor (Work Orders will not be taken into consideration as Experience Certificate)

Valid PAN Card and Professional Tax Registration

Valid GST Registration Copy

Valid Labour Department Registration Copy

Bidders should produce Proof of employing more than 50 workers with necessary evidence like EPF with ECR and ESI statement with Employee list in year of 2025-26. (12 months)

Income Tax returns documents for the Financial year of last Three years 2022-23, 2023-24 & 2024-25

Solvency certificate for Rs.20.00 lakhs from Commercial Scheduled Banks

Turnover certificate of annual turnover minimum of Rs.400.00 Lakhs per year during last 3 financial years 2022-23, 2023-24 & 2024-25 duly certified by Charter Accountant

Valid ESI and EPF Registration Copy

The document of Ownership in the name of participating Firm or bidder for having Three Auto Tipper & One Garbage Compactor (Registration Certificate, Tax Paid Challans, Fitness Certificate, Emission, Insurance and Permit should be submitted etc.,)
