Providing and laying of Cement Concrete of grade 1: 4 :8 (1cement : 4 sand : 8 graded stone aggregate of size 25mm to 40 mm hard granite crusher broken metal ) , mixing in concrete mixer ,lowering and compacting in proper thickness , watering & curing for the required period including cost of all labours, materials, conveyance, loading and unloading, all taxes and royalties, sundries and T&P etc

R.C.C. / C.C. work of M-20 grade with 20mm and down grade black hard granite (crusher broken) stone chips of approved quality from approved quarry including hoisting , laying, hire charges of concrete mixture, vibrator, watering, curing and cost of all materials and labour, T&P, etc. complete.

Supplying uncoated HYSD bar reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position including binding wire 18 to 20 gauge and cost & carriage of steel etc. all complete

Rigid and smooth centering and shutteringfor R.C.C works including cost of materials complete

12mm thick C.P. in c.m. (1:6) over brick masonery to the smooth surface including watering, curing, cost, carriage, royalty and taxes of all materials, cost of all labour, T&P etc. complete

12mm. thick cement plaster (1:4) over brick / RCC work with cement punning including watering, curing, cost, carriage, royalty and taxes of all materials, cost of all labour, T&P etc. complete

16mm thick C.P. in c.m. (1:6) over brick masonery to the rough surface including watering, curing, cost, carriage, royalty and taxes of all materials, cost of all labour, T&P etc. complete

Supplying of M.S. grill made out of M.S.Angle frame, M.S.flat, sheet etc of approved section and design, electrically welded properly with all necessary locking arrangement and one coat red oxide primer including cost of all materials, labour, T&P, carriage of materials to site etc. complete.

Labour charges for fitting M.S.door, window with drills, grills, M.S.Gates, collapsible gates as per approved design including cost of all labour, T&P etc. complete.

Supplying and fixing of 60mm thick cement concrete interlocking paver block of M-30 grade of approved make, design, colour and size made by block macking machine with proper compaction laid in required pattern etc. complete in all respect confirming to IRC SP-63-2018

P/L at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand) including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm) including making drainage opening wherever required complete etc. as per direction of E-I-C (length of finished kerb edging shall be measured for payment) . (Precast C.C. kerb stone shall be approved by E-I-C.

Providing and Fixing in position 4 seater concrete bench of approved design 4 seater concrete bench.

Supplying & Stacking good earth at site including royalty and transporting etc complete from 5 km lead as per direction of Engineer -in charge.

Painting two coats with any approved synthetic enamel paint including a coat of Red oxide primer to give an even shade.

Disposal of excavated earth/building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, upto 5 k.m. initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved.
