Supply & Fixing in replacement of UNSV 11KV rotating type Air Break Isolating switch 400 Amps, Horizontal mounting triple pole mechanically operated vertical type 18 insulators double type with galvanized frame, operated from ground level including operating rod, handle locking mechanism, current carrying capacity 400 Amps 11000 Volt fixed on existing channel with nut bolt and washers, incl taking down of old unsv isolator from steel structures complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, install ,test and commissioning 66 KV station class heavy duty porcelain gapless type LA for use with effective ground natural system with insulating base including surge monitors for 66 KV with all accessories to meet the requirement as under :- (a) Nominal system voltage – 66 KV (rms) (b) Highest system voltage – 72.5 KV (rms) (c) MCOV 72.5 KV (d) Nominal discharge current – 10 KAP (e) Line discharge – Class3 (f) High current withstand – 100 KAP (g) Max residual voltage- 165 KVp at 01 KAP

Material & labour for taking down by scraping of old bubbled paint from Isolator box approximate size 2.50 x 2.5x 1.5m at 66 KV sub station including preparation of surface and re-painting with spray guns with two coats of synthetic enamel grey paint & including with two coats of black paint to the angle iron frame including welding of doors etc complete all as directed.

Material & labour for taking down by scraping and preparation the surface from the CTs & PTs tower steel structures approximate size 9 x 2.2' x 2.2' at 66 KV sub station including repainting with spray guns with two coats of super quality of aluminium paint etc complete all as directed.

Material & labour for aluminium conductor steel reinforced (ACSR) weasel/Zebra for 66 kV sub station including fixing, stretching on Steel structures and proper noseling with binding wire with insulator of any size as required at site Incl taking down of old unsv conductor complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour for servicing of 3Ph 0.35 HP motor installed in automatic functioning of EHV isolator. Incl greasing and complete maint of motor, switches, contactors and other acessories installed in isolator box complete, automatic testing of isolators should be carried out by contractor infront of Engr-in-charge complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & fixing in replacement potential transformer (PT) fixed on steel structure of ratio 66KV/3/110V/3V, VA Burden =250 VA CL:1:0, 25 VA CL: 3P, Voltage transformer complete set suitable for 66 KV Incoming installed at 66 KV MRS (suitable as with same model and capacity installed at MRS) including re-wiring and testing complete all as directed.

Supply, install, test and commission of 72.5 KV outdoor incomer CT transformer 250/125/ 1-1-1-0.577 for metering and operation Oil cooled insulation level 140 KV/325 KVp short time current rating 50 KA / 1 second, class 20 VA / 0.2 class with oil, (suitable as with same model and capacity installed at MRS) as per IEC 60044.10 complete all as specified.

Supply and fixing in repair/replacement Bimettallic Clamp or T clamp or CT Clamp or Cross Clamps for connection of Zebra conductor with Cable end, CTs, NCTs, Transformer HT Bushes complete all as specified , Note : each clamp will be considered as one item of work complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of danger notice plate of 1.6mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enamelled red, with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal white colour and fixed with M.S. clamps, bolts and nuts of approved size, for HT, 25x20cm size complete all as specified and directed.
