Providing high yield strength deformed (HYSD) / Thermo Mechanically Treated (TMT) / Mild Steel for reinforcement (Fe 415/Fe 500 grade as per IS 1786 -1979) of different diameters for RCC work including labour charges for straightening, cutting, bending to required sizes and shapes, placing in position with cover blocks of approved materials and size and tying, lap splicing with binding wire of 18SWG, forming grills for reinforcement work as per approved designs and drawings, conveyance of steel to site, all wastages such as overlaps, couplings, chairs, spacer bars, cost and conveyance of binding wire, cover blocks, all incidental, operational charges etc., complete for finished item work at all heights as per standard specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. RCC M- 20 Nominal mix for pedestals (Cement:fine aggregate: coarse aggregate) corresponding to Table 9 of IS 456 using 20mm and 12mm size graded machine crushed hard granite metal (coarse aggregate) from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, fine aggregate (sand) coarse aggregate, water etc., to site and excluding Seigniorage charges, sales & other taxes on all materials including all operational, incidental and labour charges such as machine mixing, laying concrete, curing etc.,complete but excluding cost of steel and its fabrication charges for finished item of work, but excluding centering, shuttering., complete for finished item of work as per standard specifications and as directed by the Engineer in charge at site..

Fabrication, erection and fixing of Structural Steel Members like structural steel columns, beams, angles, bolts and plates for structures, including hire charges of cutting and welding equipment,welding electrodes, gas, labour charges for cutting, welding and grinding and painting with two coats of Synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer including cost and conveyance of all materials with leads and lifts, scaffolding charges etc., complete for finished item of work as directed by the Engineer-in-charge at site. (Structural Steel will be issued by TGGENCO free of cost at KTPP Departmental stores).

Construction of brick masonry in CM (1:4) using fly ash bricks of size 230 mm x 110 mm x 70 mm, including cost and conveyance of all materials like sand, cement (except cost of fly ash bricks and seigniorage charges) with all labour charges for curing, scaffolding charges, all leads and lifts etc., complete for finished item of work and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. (Fly ash bricks will be issued by TGGENCO free of cost)

Dismantling of existing EOT steel structure (excluding 5 tonne Hoist machinery) along with ISMB tracks including T&P and, scaffolding charges, all labour charges, all leads and lifts, transportation to Dozer shed-II site, cost of all consumables and hire charges of all equipment required for the work complete for finished item of work as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge at site and as per standard specifications

Dismantling of existing 5 tonne Hoist equipment including cables, panel board, transportation etc., and re-fixing and Erection at Dozer shed-II including T&P and all labour charges, scaffolding charges, all leads and lifts, cost of all consumables and hire charges of all equipment required for the work complete for finished item of work as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge at site and as per standard specifications.

Plastering to brick walls with CM (1:4), 20mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials like fine aggregate, cost of cement (except seignorage charges), labour, operational & incidental charges, curing, all leads and lifts etc., complete for finished item of work as directed by the Engineer-in-charge at site and as per standard specifications
