Demolition of masonry brick work. PCC, RCC of existing pier/abutment, flooer, bed, 01 pavement etc at superstructure, sub-structure, founding level etc as required at site with/without mechanical means and shifting debris and cleaning the site as per instruction of Engineer-in-charge. The rate includes all labours, tools, plants, machineries, handling, re-handling, lead up to 250m, lift, transporting, carrying and all other incidental charges complete in all respect.

Earthwork for making of cess upto 2m from the end of sleeper etc. The rate is inclusive of necessary shoring, strutting including all lead, lift, ascent, descent, collection of earth from suitable place outside Rly. land or as per the direction of site-in-charge.

Casting of precast RCC Boxes in suitable number of segments of Grade M-35. The rate includes design of concrete mix, manufacture of concrete by concrete batching plant, cost of form 03 works including erection & deshuttering, placement of concrete by using concrete pump, compaction including cutting, bending & binding of reinforcements with binding wires & placing in proper position, curing the concrete upto specified period complete in all respects, including lead, lift, crossing road/track etc. The rate also includes cost of all ingredients of RCC including cement, labour, tools & plants etc. Steel reinforcement supply will be paid separately.

RCC M-25 grade as per Rlys. Approved drawing & specification in flooring, wing wall, retaining wall curtain wall and drop wall. The rate includes designing of concrete mix, manufacture of concrete by concrete batching plant, cost of form work including erection & de-shuttering, batching 04 plant, placement of concrete by concrete pump, compaction including cutting, bending & binding of reinforcements with binding wires & placing in proper position, curing of concrete upto specified period complete in all respect including all lead, lift, crossing road/track etc. The rate also includes cost of all ingredients of RCC including cement, labour, tools & plants etc. Steel reinforcement supply will be paid separately.

CC M-20 grade as per Rlys approved drawing & specification in bridge foundation & wearing course. The rate includes designing of concrete mix, manufacture of concrete, cost of form work including erection & de-shuttering, placement of concrete, compaction, curing complete in all respect including all lead, lift, crossing road/track etc. The rate also includes cost of all ingredients including cement, admixture, labour, tools, plants etc.

Filling of ballast, sand, stone dust into cement bag and placing spreading the same as per direction of site in charge. The rate includes all lead, lift, descend, ascend etc complete in all respect.

Construction of water tight joint between box joints by concreting with M 35 rgade & grouting with non shrinkable cementitious grout by drilling holes in concrete fixing grouting nipple 07 (HDPE) injecting the grout mix under controlled condition, applying polysulphide compound in groove and sealing the joint by the compound of epoxy morter/chemicals in dry condition.All works to be completed in all respect as per approved drawing with all contractor's labours, materials, equipments etc as per direction of engineer-at-site.

Cement concrete for CC M-25 grade cast IN SITU as per IS : 456-2000 using cement, coarse sand, stone ships of 20mm dia size as per IS -383 comlpete.

Hire charges for one no. DG set 5KVA including labours, tools, plant & equipment, 09 fuel, lubrication oil, operator, operation and maintenance with lighting arrangement by 6 nos 500 watt Halogen with fittings and 2 nos FL fittings complete. This item should be operated in case of emergency arises at site as decided by the Engineer-in-charge.

Driving S. H. rails 90R/52 kg or any section of rail below ground level across to 10 Railway track during Power block time up to required depth as per direction of site in charge. The rate includes chiseling at one end with contractors own arrangement with derrick/rope/pully cap/monkey, cutting of rails, trolleying/leading of rails to the site etc. complete in all respect. The rail will be supplied by Railway free of cost.

B-Non schedule item ( Reinforcement) , Rate is including GST

Supply of Reinforcing Steel (Fe500D) to the site of work to the extent required by the Railway for use of the work. The rate quoted shall include all costs, transportation, storing & all other incidental charges. Reinforcement Steel (TMT) conforming to IS-1786-2008 of any diameter.

Earthwork in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic Excavator)/Manual Means for foundations and floors of the bridges, retaining walls etc. including setting out, dressing of sides, ramming of bottom, getting out the excavated material, back filling in layers with approved material 01 and consolidation of the layers by ramming and watering etc. including all lift, disposal of surplus soil up to a lead of 300m, all types of shoring and strutting with all labour and material complete as per drawing and technical specification as directed by Engineer in charge. Note: This item will be used for excavation work in connection with other miscellaneous works also like side drains, foundation for OHE masts and other miscellaneous structures in connection with Gauge Conversion, Doubling, New lines. All kinds of soils

Providing and laying Pitching with Stone Boulders, weighing not less than 35kg each 02 with voids filled with spalls on slopes, laid over prepared filter media including boulder apron laid dry in front of toe of embankment complete as per drawing and Technical Specifications (filter media to be paid separately under the relevant item).

Providing and inserting nipples of size 12 to 20 mm dia. with approved fixing compound after drilling holes for grouting as per Technical Specifications including subsequent cutting/removal and sealing of the hole as necessary after completion of grouting.

Grouting of masonry/concrete by injection process duly Sealing of cracks, through 04 nipples complete as per Technical Specification and procedure given in IRBM Para No 209 including necessary admixture. Payment shall be as per use of cement by weight in case of neat cement/cement mortar grouting and weight of Epoxy in case of Epoxy Grouting. (Cement will be paid extra). Neat Cement Grout with 20% anti shrinkage compound w.r.t. cement.

Providing and fixing of Drainage Spouts of 110mm UPVC Type A ISI marked (Working pressure 4 kg/sqcm) using suitable clamps and adhesive etc., complete.

Dewatering of natural or accumulated water from any location. Payment to be done for Horse power of pump multiplied by pumping hours.

Painting the HFL mark and Danger level mark, year of HFL on bridge abutments and piers with ready mixed paint as per standard in two coats over one coat of primer with all materials, labour, tools, scaffolding, all lead and lift etc. including writing complete.

Providing and applying two coats of coal tar or bitumen confirming to IS:3117- latest version on the top and sides of RCC box/slabs @ 1.70 kg/sqm after cleaning the surface with all labour and materials complete job as directed by the Engineer.

Hiring of machinery for minor miscellaneous works for short duration including 13 operator/driver, fuel, lubricants and consumable. The contractor shall arrange all statutory permits as required by rules and regulations prevailing in the area of work. Payment shall be made for actual working hours at site. JCB Backhoe Loaders 3DX Plus or similar with minimum 1.10 cum bucket capacity

Hiring of machinery for minor miscellaneous works for short duration including operator/driver, fuel, lubricants and consumable. The contractor shall arrange all statutory permits as required by rules and regulations prevailing in the area of work. Payment shall be made for actual working hours at site. Hydra or similar tyre mounted Pick-n-Carry crane of 12T capacity for misc. works of handling of material

Hiring of machinery for minor miscellaneous works for short duration including 15 operator/driver, fuel, lubricants and consumable. The contractor shall arrange all statutory permits as required by rules and regulations prevailing in the area of work. Payment shall be made for actual working hours at site. Tractor with Trolley for local transportation or other misc. works.

D-Non Schedule item( Item is USSOR -2021, item is not found IREPS

Extra over item nos. 022011 to 022014 for executing the work under water and/or liquid mud to compensate all additional arrangements including pumping out water as required. Note: The extra percentage rate is applicable only for the quantity of work executed under water.
