Painting to exterior walls with 1 coat of Exterior weather proof (Asian Apex Make) Plastic emulsion of approved brand and shade to give an even shade after thourughly brushing the wet surface, loosen old paint suface, remove all dirt & remains of loose powdered materials, including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and all operational, incidental, labour charges etc. complete for finished item of work for external walls as directed by Engineer In charge at site.

Painting to old ironwork/ Old Wood work with 1 coat of Synthetic enamel paint of approved colour to give an even shade after thourughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials, including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and all operational, incidental, labour charges etc. complete for finished item of work as directed by Engineer in charge at site

Painting to walls with 1 coat of Integral cement water proofing paint (Rain coat) Paint (Asian Apex make ) interior grade of approved colour and shade to give an even shade after thourughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials, including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and all operational, incidental, labour charges etc. complete for finished item of work for internal walls as directed by the Engineering in Charge.

Supply and fixing of 28/30 mm thick Wood Plastic Composite (WPC) Door shutter, comprising of 70% virgin polymer, 15% wood powder (fiber), and the remaining 15% additives, comprising of virgin PVC polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension grade), Calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) having minimum door density of 650 kg/cum, screw withdrawal strength 1800N (Face) & 900N (Edge), Modulus of Elasticity 900N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/moisture proof and fire retardant and fixed in position with stainless steel butt hinges 3no's- 100mm size with necessary full body threaded star headed counter sunk SS screws, SS tower bolts-1No of 250mm long, SS aldrop 2No -300mm long, 2no's SS door handles-150mm long and 1No heavy duty aluminium door stoper etc., complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge, manufacture specification and drawing complete for finished item of work as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (Door Shutter of size 0.95 M x 1.95 M)

Supplying & fixing collapsible steel shutters with vertical, double channel of 20 x10x2 mm of 100 mm centre, Bracers with flat iron 40x40x6 mm with 38 mm dia steel pulleys, the top, bottom and side vertical frames of the collapsible gate with 65x65mmx8mm MS Angle and middle guide rail at site height with 65mmx8mm MS flat for the pulleys to guide and fixed with necessary hold fasts, bolts, nuts, rivets, locking arrangements, stoppers, handles, all accessories, all fixtures and painted with one coat of approved steel primer etc., complete for finished item of work as per special spn 1105 and as directed by the Engineer in charge.
