Providing and Fixing of Outdoor Distribution Panel non draw out type, Compart- mentlazical, floor mounting , double door, free standing cubical board made from 2 mm thick CRCA sheet dust vermin proof phospholized powder coated after proper pre-treatment. In during of suitable size Aluminium Bus Bar complete with interconnection lugs, inter earthing, painting, etc Adjusting anf fixing blow mounted accessories. Control wiring of panel will be done by flexible copper wire. Meter for measurement shall be digital meters indicating lamp will be LED lamp with required colour. Panel shall have sufficient space for cable connection and disconnection from front. cable gland will be provided at the bottom as per requirements for cable entry. Doors of panel will be hinzed door with lock. Before cable laying, searching extra useless cables in cable bunches in trench and after searching removing /dismantling of cable from cable trench for making space in trenches for installation of above said Power cable (XLPE) 3.5C X 300 Sq. mm. (a) 120Sq MM (b) 70 Sq. mm (c) 35 Sq. mm

Shifting of extra useless cables after making proper in bundles (as per instructions of JE/SDO ) from working site to switchyard store. And shifting of 3.5CX300 Sq. mm cable shifting to working site from switchyard store for laying in trench.

Supply and laying of PVC pipe of 100mm dia having capacity of 6kg/cm2 for safety of XLPE cable in open area of switchyard.

Providing and Fixing of GI flat of size 50*6mm for earthing of cubical. This works includes cutting, straightening, bending, earthing arrangement as per relevant latest IS/department standard practice. GI flat should be paint one coat of Red oxide and two coat of approved quality synthetic enamel paint of Green colour of berger/Nerolac/Dulux make.
