Material and Labour for cleaning of RCC OH water reservoir, pumping out all water, taking out dirty water stone pieces and sludge etc by usnig buckets / motor, cleaning and removing all dirt and plant fungee completely from wall and floor of the tank and from mouths of inlet and outlet pipes etc and by rubbing with wire brushes and removing all waste to distance not exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed cleaning the tank inner surface with suitable cleaning agent (bleaching powder) and fresh water and removing dirty water out of the tank complete with in 12 Hrs and writing date of cleaning on external surface of wall with synthetic enamel paint after removing old date complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for cleaning of open well by stopping water from inlet, pumping out all water, taking out dirty water, stone pieces, mud and sludge etc by usnig motor/buckets, cleaning and further digging bottom surface at least 3 feet deep and removing all mud, dirt and plant fungee by rubbing with wire brushes completely and removing all waste to distance not exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed complete with in 12 Hrs and writing date of cleaning on external surface of well with synthetic enamel paint after removing old date complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out and removing old burnt out windings of motor incl defective pump of the submersible electric motors of 7.5 to 15 HP, Three phase, 415 Volts, 50 Hz, and rewinding of submersible electric motors incl cleaning the slots with carbon- tetra-chloride solution before rewinding, leath work for shaft repairing and welding, threading, polishing incl transportation to site, fixing of serviceable parts in position, removing & replacement of defective / unserviceable parts, lowering down of the submersible pump set of any description and any capacity & in any position, in well alongwith column pipe of 80 mm dia and submersible cable of any size including making necessary electric connections & testing the pump set after lowering, replacement of unserviceable parts if required, fixing charges of the parts replaced/repaired is deemed to be included in the above quoted rates. complete all as specified and directed. NOTE : (i) Contractor shall take proper precautions while lifting out and removing pump set from well so as to avoid any damage to column pipe and submersible cable. (ii) The windings of motor including windings wire and connected material incl nut bolt washer grease and gland rope if required is deemed to be included in above quoted rates. (iii) All necessary T&P and equipments required for lifting out pump set etc shall be arranged by the contractor at his own cost.

Supply install and testing in replacement of fully automatic star delta starter internally prewired, three phase, 4 wire, 415 volt, AC, 50 Hz, provided with protection degree IP 54 and class 'H' insulation of capacity 15HP complete all as specified and directed

Supply install and testing in replacement of DOL starter internally prewired, single phase, 230 volt, AC, 50 Hz, provided with protection degree IP 54 and class 'H' insulation of capacity 7.5HP complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for welding work for cutting/joining existing delevery/suction steel tubing for alterations or additions or stopping leackage etc of size 80-100 mm bore and welding to broken LT panel board door, hinges etc complete all as specified and directed. Note : (i) Rate of hiring of welder, welding machine and welding rod etc included in item rate. (ii) Complete welding work in one lenth of pipe line/ complete welding work in one panel board shall be one job.

Disconnecting and taking out old unserviceable CI foot valve fixed with existing 100 mm dia suction pipe from well depth up to 20 mtr existing position and supply & fixing new foot valve of 100 mm dia incl testing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for disconnecting and taking out old unserviceable GI pipes of size 25 to 100 mm from existing position and stacking serviceable pipe separately for reuse. Note : Excavation work shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item.

Supply, fixing, laying & testing for galvanised steel (Gl) tubing of 25mm dia medium grade with screwed socket joints, together with all tube fittings (such as bends, elbows, tees, short pieces, connectors, checknuts, caps, plugs and unions, etc.) laid in trenchs, connecting in new or old position or where required complete all as specified and directed for the following bore of pipes.

All as per item No 19 above but of size 40 mm dia

All as per item No 19 above but of size 50 mm dia

All as per item No 19 above but of size 80 mm dia

All as per item No 19 above but of size 100 mm dia

Relaying of serviceable GI pipe of any description and size including accessories such as bends, elbows, tees, short pieces, connectors, checknuts, caps, plugs and unions, etc if required to be provided complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cutting existing steel tubing for alterations or additions of GI pipe of size 25 to 50 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches n.exc. 1.5m wide and n.exc1.5m depth for foudation, trenches for laying of cables/pipe line etc. and getting out in hard/dense soil.

Returning, filling in, incl. spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm in type of soil.

Removing excavated material to a distance not exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 m above the starting point.

Material and Labour for cutting of road not exceeding 50 cm wide and 100 cm depth for repair of pipe line and making good the disturbed road with PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate complete all as specified and directed..

M&L for preparing old previously treated of enamel paint on water pipe line as existing colour in any description over 10cm in width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint,marking and numbring complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for taking out old unserviceable sluice valve from existing position and supply and fixing,jointing,testing, testing of CI sluice valve 100 mm dia class PN 1.6 with ironwheel and GM spindle, flanged end incl rubber joint, nut, bolt, washer,packing fiber gasket on both end etc. complete all as specified and directed. Make Ramco/Kirloskar/Leader.

M&L for taking out old unserviceable sluice valve from existing position and supply and fixing,jointing,testing, testing of CI sluice valve 80 mm dia class PN 1.6 with ironwheel and GM spindle, flanged end incl rubber joint, nut, bolt, washer,packing fiber gasket on both end etc. complete all as specified and directed. Make Ramco/Kirloskar/Leader.

M&L for taking out old unserviceable stop/gate valves and supply & fixing stop/gate valve cast copper alloy screwed down high pressure with clutch or butterfly handle screwed both ends for iron pipe or for union of size 50 mm with all fittings (such as bends, tees, short pieces, connectors, checknuts, caps, plugs and unions, etc.) laid intrenchs, connecting in new or old position, complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning of valve pit chamber of any size by taking out mud and muddy water and depositing the same at a distance not exceeding 20 meter away from pit including swiping free from any type of dirt including rectification the leakage of valve of any size by using gland of appropriate size and required packing materials as directed at site.

Labour for cutting bushes and surface dressing by grubbing up tree trunk , shrubs, grass, and bushes protruding over ground, digging out roots, filling holes with mud and leveling off ground and removing of waste material to a distance n exc. 50 m and clearing site near all water/Electric supply installations or where directed as per requirement.
