Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregate of specific size 22-4-53mm to water bound macadum specification including spreading in uniform thickness hand packing Rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 kn in stages to proper grade and camber applying and brooming stone screening to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate watering and compating to the required density Grading 3 as per Technical Specification Clause 405 of MORD data book.Compacted thickness 7.50 cm.

Providing and applying Tack coat with bitumen (V.G.-10) using pressure distributor at the rate of 3.5kg per 10 sqm. Area on the prepared bituminous/ granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom compelte as per Clause 503 of MORD specification no. 5.

Cleaning the existing water bound surface and laying premix 2 cm. thick over a tack coat with graded approved grit and bitumen (V.G.-10) including roller, Machinery, heating the paint to the required temperature and mixing including cartage of materials, maintenance of side patries and watering them during operation for proper completion of the work.

Cleaning the premix surface and laying Seal coat (Type "C") with approved 6-7mm. Graded grit and bitumen (V.G.-10)including Roller, Machinery and heating the paint to the required temperature including cartage of materials, maintenance of patri and water

Constn. Of patri both side of road with approved materials obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of Table 300.2 with lead upto 30m. As per Technical specification clause 303.1
