PART-A

Maintenance and scavenging of the floor of Power House, Switchyard, DG Building, HM Building, RR Gallery, Drainage Gallery, Staircase and other miscellaneous areas of required including removal of concrete, dirt, oil, water etc by sweeping with broomsticks, removal/dumping the materials manually into dustbins within a lead of 250 m, loading the dustbins on truck/vehicle provided by department and disposal of same outside the premises, as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. On daily basis

On monthly basis.

Cleaning / Maintenance and Scrubbing of terrazzo floor / tiled floor of Power House, Switchyard with water soaked gunny bags / duster etc. On daily basis.

Cleaning / Maintenance and Scrubbing of terrazzo floor / tiled floor of Power House, Switchyard with water soaked gunny bags / duster etc. On 8 days/month

Cleaning / Scrubbing of Railing with water soaked gunny bags / duster etc. On weekly basis.

Cleaning and desilting of Drains i.e. manual removal of rock pieces/aggregate/sand/slush etc dumping/empting into dustbins within a lead of 250 m, loading the dustbins on truck/vehicle provided by the department and disposal of same outside the premises as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge. On fortnightly basis.

Cleaning and desilting of Sumps i.e. manual removal of rock pieces/aggregate/sand/slush etc dumping/empting into dustbins within a lead of 250 m, loading the dustbins on truck/vehicle provided by the department and disposal of same outside the premises as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge. 2 Days per month

Cleaning and dusting of Glass Panels on both side with duster/ vaccum cleaner. 8 Days per month

Cleaning and desilting of Toilet/Bathroom of Power House i.e. manual removal of concrete, dirt, oil, water etc by dusting cloth etc and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. On daily basis

Cleaning Grass and removal of the rubbish up to a distance of 50 m outside the periphery of the area cleared. On weekly basis.

Cleaning of the Bitumen Road 1.21 km in right bank (from colony end to unloading bay), Road along the TRC, Road petrol pump to TRC and Switch Yard Road including sweeping with broomsticks, removal/dumping the materials manually into dustbins within a lead of 250 m, loading the dustbins on truck/vehicle provided by department and disposal of same to safe location, as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

PART-B

Consumables for maintenance / cleaning of Power House, Switchyard & associated area.

Providing two pair of uniform & One pair Shoes 1 Set per year (Two pair uniform (Shirt & Pant) + One pair shoes) as per scope of work for 45 worker.
