Providing and fixing wooden flooring for Badminton Court with A) Surface Board: Kiln Seasoned and chemically treated I class superior Quality Teak Wood finished with 30 mm thick, 75mm to 85 mm width and in random length in tongue and groove shape. The edges of the boards will have a finger lock groove and the bottom side with air pass groove. B) The Underframe: Made of I class quality PINE Wood Runners of 70 x 45 mm, treated with anti-termite solution and fixed on the bottom side with 10 mm thick air cushioning EDPM pads, stapled through the two wings at 300 mm c/c. C) The Installation: A vapour barrier ( Polyvinyl Chloride Sheet of 400 micron) will be placed on the levelled IPS sub-floor before laying the under frame. The runners having air cushioning EDPM pads will be placed on the vapour barrier in perfect level at 300 mm c/c in one direction. The surface boards will be screwed to the runners through the tongue only and will lock the screwed tongue by the groove of the adjoining boards. The ends of the boards will be locked by inserting the wooden fingers through the edges groove and fixed with suitable adhesives. An expansion gap of 8 - 10 mm will be left open between the wooden flooring and the surrounding tiles area /wall. D) Finishing: After installation the floor will be machine sanded with floor sander machine and finished with PU coating of fine quality. The Game line marking is to be carried out in required colours before applied the finish coat. All as per Indian Badminton Federation Standard and as per direction of the Engineer Incharge.

Supply and Fixing of BWF approved badminton court mats, Flooring should be designed to minimize injuries and provide excllent performance for top level competitions players. Work should be executed as per directions of engineer in charge. Make Gerflor/Grabo/yonex or equivalent, Thickness 4.50mm to 5.00 mm BWF approved with certifications.

Removal of complete flooring already fixed in badminton hall and deposit to Gaushala Store as per Direction of Engineer incharge
