S & F of 0.50 mm thick pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering / cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws, 'U' hook or 'J' bolt, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L rolled sections as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters; purlins where connected to common rafters and running rails and guides for sliding doors; fixed with angle or other connecting plates conforming to Fe-410W (Gde E-250 quality A) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for mild screw bolt (machine made) with hexagonal or square head one end and screwed the other, or screw both ends; each screwed end to be fitted with washer and one hexagonal or square nut , n.exc. 10 cm long, dia of bolt 16mm-20mm, complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of wall and ceiling boards (fiber, pulp, insulation etc.) including cover fillet, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for providing aluminium snap grid frame work for false ceiling with size 605x605 mm, using Main and cross tee of size 36.5mm x 25mm x 1.4mm, weighing 0.24 Kg/RM and 23.5mm x 26.4mm x 1.4mm weighing 0.191 Kg/RM respectively. The snap grid shall be supported at end all along the wall with aluminium anodised angle of size 40mm x 25 mm x 2 mm weighing 0.36 Kg/RM. The snap grid shall be fixed to ceiling supporting hangers consisting of 2mm dia mild steel wire/GI wire, J bolts, nuts and washers as per manufacturer's, complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for non-asbestos fibre cement building board 4mm thick in ceiling fixed or laid/inserted to timber GI/Aluminium frame work with screw, complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brick work build in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc. built in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed.

M & L brick work with sub class B old size bricks straight on curved on plan exc. 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge .

All as per item No.12, here-in-before but except bricks.

Taking down cement plaster on brick wall or concrete surface etc.including raking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc and removing of debris from site, complete all as directed.

M & L for rendering 15mm thick on bricks or concrete surface work in cement mortar (1:4) finishing external surface even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for plastering 15mm thick on fair faces of brickwork or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement in CM 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of cement based paint over a coat of cement primer, complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparation of new plastered surfaces and applying two coats of 'Birla White wall care putty' or 'JK Wall Care putty' to make the entire surface free from undulations, complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F of 35 mm thick 2nd class hard wood glazed and skeleton shutters, open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauze etc. divided into squares, with out sash bars, edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded, fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass etc. fitted to chowkhats for doors etc., complete size of the members of shutter is as specified in clause No. 8.24 (a) of MES schedule 2009, part – I (Specifications) complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete reinforced as in chullah hoods, shelves, cover slab and platform, etc,complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge

M & L for RCC(1:1.5:3) type A-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in, lintel beam, roof beam, cantilever, bressumers etc., supported on walls, beams, columns and the like, complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for RCC(1:1.5:3) type A-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in slab supported on walls beams and columns, floor, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and shelves, etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L vitrified paver tiles any shade 8-10 mm thick (sqaure/rectangular) area of each tile exe. 0.06 sqm but n.exe.0.11 sqm, in floors etc., over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:6) set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match the existing surfaces, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 75 mm thick plain cement concrete (1:3:6) mix, type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in plinth protection, finishing the surfaces even and fair without using extra cement, including 10 mm wide, 75mm deep joints made at 3.00 m in length and filled with bitumen 85/25 and sand in the ratio 1:3, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket bell or power) complete with all fitting such as batten, switch, ceiling rose, pendant, regulator, socket and brackets switch fuse etc removing materials from site and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors etc to match the existing surface all as directed .

M & L for point wiring for one light/fan/exhaust fan point bell controlled by one way switch 5 Amp with 1100 volt, 1.5 Sq mm multi stranded FRLS copper conductor cable with continuous earth wire of 1.5 Sq mm multi stranded copper FRLS conductor cable insulated-unsheathed, including PVC casing capping (ISI marked) with accessories, including wooden board with bakelite sheet 2.8 mm thick laminated cover make sheet for housing/fixing switches etc., complete all as specified and directed.
