NOTE : - 2 Stores to be s upplied to c ontr ac tor f or a work f ree of c os t s hould be

m entioned in s c hedu le–A in addition to Sc hedul–B and th e

s pec if ic atio n a ttac hed to the c ontract agreem ent f orm .

NOTE : - 3 All empty drums involved in the supply by Government to the contractor under

this contract shall be returned in undamaged condition within the time

prescribed by the Executive Engineer by the contractor to the original place of

delivery . No allowance on account of these empty drums will be made to the

contractor and in the event of non return Rs. 65/- will be charged to the

contractor for each un returned drum or badly damaged one.

NOTE :- 4 Empty bags of cement supplied by the Government will be the property of the

contractor and no recovery for the non return of the same will be made.
