Supply only liquid waterproofing compound complete all as specified and directed. (Make : Dr. Fixit / Dura Build / Perma Shield)

M&L for preparation of new steel or iron surfaces and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint (1st quality) over a coat of red oxide primer over 10 cm width or girth complete all as specified and directed.

S & F cast iron grade FG-150 as in and similar work, Manhole cover 600 mm dia medium weight and fixed in the concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm in soft / hard soil complete all as specified and directed.

Design, Supplying , installation , testing & commissioing of Iron Removal System for treating 10000 GPH ( 45000 LPH ) raw water containing iron upto 2 ppm to obtain treated water having iron as less than 0.3 ppm as per IS-10500 (Latest ) , comprising the following items and equipments mentioned here as under :

Chemical dosing system one each for Alum consisting of metering dosing pump of capacity 14 LPH against 5 Kg/cm2 pressure with FHP electric motor operating on 415V/3phpower supply with chemical preparation cum dosing tank of capacity 200 Liters- one no. made out of FRP duly mounted with agitator made of SS-316 and having suitable arrangement for mounting Dosing pump on the tank lid. Make of dosing system : Chloromax /Aquamech / Aquafab / ION Exchange

Oxidation Chamber suitable for 10000 GPH capacity , factory fabricated made out of Mild Steel sheets having dished ends and size not less than 1800 mm dia and 1800 mm height suitable for 3.5 Kg/cm2 pressure. Vessel thickness for dished ends to be 8 mm and for shell to be 8 mm with header & lateral sytem for distribution of water & air oxidation chamber would be complete with frontal piping and butterfly valves for inlet, outlet, drain, air feeding, automatic air release arrangement. Also the vessel to be provided with suitable manhole and hand hole proper bolted covers for ease of maintenance. Fresh charge of Iron removal media upto a min. bed depth of 1250 mm to be provided in the oxidation chamber. All internal surfaces to be painted with lead free black bitumastic paint and external surfaces to be painted with two coats of synthetic enamel over a coat of red oxide primer. Iron removal Pressure Filter suitable for 10000 GPH capacity , factory fabricated made out of Mild Steel sheets having dished ends and size not less than 1800 mm dia. And 1800mm HOS suitable for 3.5 Kg/sqcm pressure. Vessel thickness for dished ends to be 10mm and for shell to be 8 mm with under bed disribution header with laterals. Test kit to indicate iron content in water. Note : Following items will be measured and paid seperately :- 1. RAW WATER FEED PUMPS. 2. ALL INTERCONNECTING PIPING AS PER SITE LAYOUT. 3.ALL CIVIL WORKS INCLUDING FOUNDATIONS. 4. ALL ELECTRICAL WORKS INCLUDING STARTER PANEL, CABLING & EARTHING.

Excavation in trenches in soft & loose soil not exceeding 1.5 metre deep and not exceeding 1.5 mtr width and getting out soil including forming bottom surface to required slope/ gradient for laying cables/ pipes etc complete all as specified and directed. Note : Excavation shall be made carefully in order to avoid damage of existing cables and protection covers and water pipe lines.

Removing excavated Soil material to a distance exc 50 m and n. exc 250 m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sand filling with clean, dry and unwashed sand free from sharp particles including gently punning around cable complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Punned thickness only will be considered for payment.

M&L for laying well burnt brick sub class 'B', old size laid in trenches across the length of cable as protection of under ground cable complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Boring of hole under road, pavement, hard standing by trenchless technology using ultra sound technique and necessary machine including CI pipe of 150 mm bore sutable for 0.4 mpa working pressure complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (NOTE : Pipes shall be laid minimum 1.00 mtr below/under existing road surfaces/taxi track / apron /floors etc)

Demolition for cement concrete/ road and ground floor and paving n. exc 15 cm thickness below or above ground level including removal of rubbish to a distance exc 1.50 Km and n.exc 5.00 Km etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 100 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 40 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20 mm graded aggregate) as in floor finishing even and smooth with using extra cement and making impression of expanded metal, whilst concrete making good as per existing surface etc complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting, taking out and removing existing underground, LT cable of any description and in any position complete including taking down protection pipe, PCC Cover/ Bricks etc all as specified and directed of sizes :-

Relaying ony old serviceble cable, jointing and testing any description and any size laid in trenches/ ducts, floors, fixed to walls etc. complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-charge for the following :-

Supply, installation, Commissioning and testing LT panel board of suitable shape and size as approved by GE for 3 phase, 4 wire, 415 Volts ,AC , 50 Hz supply, Outdoor cubical type, dust and vermin proof, pedestal mounting type suitable for Outdoor applications having suitable shape/ size canopy on top, made out of 3.15 mm thick MS sheet with using 40mm x 40mm x 5mm angle iron frame and supports, duly finished with powder coated using two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved colour over a coat of red oxide primer all over steel surfaces complete with separate compartment of suitable shape and size with shutter and locking arrangement for each switch gear and including PCC work for fixing panel legs and bus bar of aluminium conductor suitable shape and size for TPN rating of 400 amps including taking out end connections of the existing cables and fixing the cable with the panel using new lugs and glands of suitable size including following switchgear & controls :-

M&L earthing complete with GI earth plate electrode of size 60cm x 60cm x 6.0mm thick burried directely in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25m below normal ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5m below normal ground level connected to and including earth lead of GI strip 32 x 6 mm by means of bolts, nuts and check nuts and washers etc made of GI and connected to Earthing test point and earth dolly all as shown in elect plate No 5 SSR Pt-I including all necessary excavation earth work, PCC chamber, chamber cover with handle (PCC 1:2:4) including 40mm dia protection pipe and 20mm dia watering pipe and wire mesh funnel etc complete all as specified and as directed. Note : (i) If the desired earth resistance is not found within permissible limit, shall be redone by contractor at no extra cost. (ii) Cost of GI strip 32 x 6mm and 40 mm dia GI pipe light grade upto 7.5 m is included in the rate quoted for this item.

S&F in repair earth continuity conductor GI strip 32x6mm size all as specified and directed.

MAINTENANCE & OPERATION WITHIN DEFECT LIABILITY PERIOD (DLP) 24 MONTHS Maintenance & operation of whole iron removal plant system of Pump house No 12, 25, 26, 27, 28, 32 and 36 within defect liability period of 12 months will comprise of monitoring of Iron removal plant after satisfactory completion of work in Bareilly Cantt (i.e. Maintenance & operation of all the equipment / accessories at site). It includes :- (i) One Engineer having min 03 years Diploma and 02 years experience in monitoring and running Iron removal plant for a Day of 8 hours in one shift round the clock and one technician in each shift (02 Nos) monitoring and report generation of Iron removal plant system for all seven Pump houses. (ii) Tools and machinery for whole Iron removal plant system shall be provided by the contractor. (iii) The Engineer shall be professionally qualified engineer not less than Three years Diploma holder in the field of Machanical or Civil Environmental Engineering and shall have knowledge of installation and operation of Iron removal plant system and the technician not less than ITI in trade Fitter / Technician. (iv) The quoted rate shall also include the cost of required quantities of consumable items such as alum, calcium granular, iron medial filter, activated carbon media, cartridge, testing of water sample shall be done from Govt approved labs as approved by GE after every three months.

Note for item No 68 above :- 1. Repair / Replacement of u/s spare of any size any type for entire Iron removal plant system with materials / Spares for 24 month under defect liability period after completion of work shall be provided by the contractor free of cost. 2. Contractor shall be responsible for providing water within permissible limit of Iron in above mentioned pump houses. If iron is found in excess of permissible limit (less than 0.3 mg / litre), penalty of 2500/- shall be charged from contractor per day in each shift.

All as per item No 68.00, 68.01 above complete but for comprehensive maintenance and operation for further 12 month under defect liability period.

PART-II ( MAINTENANCE & OPERATION AND AMC AFTER DEFECT LIABILITY PERIOD)

Maintenance & operation of whole iron removal plant system of Pump house No 12, 25, 26, 27, 28, 32 and 36 of Bareilly Cantt including replacement of unserviceable items / equipments for 12 months will comprise of monitoring of Iron removal plant after satisfactory completion of work and defect liability period in Bareilly Cantt (i.e. AMC works of all the equipment / accessories other than items covered under item No 75.00 to 93.00 are deemed to be included in the quoted rates. It includes :- (i) One Engineer having min 03 years Diploma and 02 years experience in monitoring and running Iron removal plant for a Day of 8 hours in one shift round the clock and one technician in each shift (02 Nos) monitoring and report generation of Iron removal plant system for all seven Pump houses. (ii) Tools and machinery for whole Iron removal plant system shall be provided by the contractor. (iii) The Engineer shall be professionally qualified engineer not less than Three years Diploma holder in the field of Machanical or Civil Environmental Engineering and shall have knowledge of installation and operation of Iron removal plant system and the technician not less than ITI in trade Fitter / Technician. (iv) Comprehensive maintenance for 12 months and item required for the same quoted rate shall be made and paid separately.

All as per schedule 'A' item No 71 as mentioned here-in-before but for comprehensive maintenance and operation for further 12 month after completion of item No 71 above.
