Excavation in foundation and trenches etc.in all kinds of soil such as pick work, jumper work, blasting and chiselling soft or hard rock where blasting is prohibited in all leads and lifts including trimming and dressing of sides, leveling of bed to correct grade stacking the excavated soil clear from the edge of excavation and returning the excavated soil after laying, jointing and testing of GI pipes in trenches in 15cm layers including consolidating each deposited layers by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated soil as directed in all leads and lifts complete in all respect. as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge PJW

Pick & Jumper work 50% each

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8 ( 1 cement:4 sand: 8 stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size )and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth.

Providing and laying designed cement concrete MIX of M30 in not less than 1:1.5:3, and curing complete excluding cost of form work

Provinding and laying Precast slab in designed cement concrete MIX of M30 not less than 1:1.5:3, and curing complete excluding cost of form work

Providing , Laying, Testing& Jointing in trenches HDPE pipes of following diameters & classes as per IS 4984 , PE-80 and jointing the pipes through push type compression joints by hydraulically operated machines upto 110 mm diameter and butt fussion ( heat fusion process) above 110 mm diameter i/c necessary fittings,bends,tees & reducers fabricated in accoradance with IS 8360 & IS 8008 with latest ammendments & shall be provided as per site conditions.Flanging of the pipes shall be made as& where required confirming to code IS 8008 & IS 7634, stub ends will be welded on pipes & MS flange shall be provided with slip on covered by epoxy coating/plastic powder. The flange should be confirm to ANSI B 16.5 with necessary nuts & Bolts. Jointing shall be complete in all respects i/c testing at site upto entire satisfaction of engineer-in charge.

Laying,jointing and testing galvanised mild steel tubes of 80 mm dia light grade, screwed and socketted complete with tube fittings such as bends,tees,air valves collars etc.as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer in Charge

Providing and installation of 80 mm dia control valve i/c removal connecting rod and other equipments like HDPE pipe, tamper proof thimble and chain lock etc.

Steel work welded in built up sections. Trusses & framed work i/c cutting, hoisting & fixing in position & applying a primming coat of red paint in grating, framed, guards, bars, ladders, railing, brackets & similar works.

Miscellanious items required for locking arrangement and other accessories as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.
