Brickwork in CM 1:5 using country bricks ground moulded 23x11x7 cm for the following including aving etc., complete

Supplying and erecting for centering for sides soffits including Supports and Strutting upto 3.00m height for plane surfaces and all labour charges etc.,

Reinforced Cement concrete 1:1.5:3, mix using 20 mm HBG Metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc., complete.

Flooring with following ceramic tiles of size 305 x 305 x 6 mm laid over 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:3 base mortar over the existing slab / floor including cutting the tiles to the required size with special cutter wherever necessar, laying in position and pointing with white cement mixed with colouring pigment at the rate of 0.3 kg / sq.m etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Dadooing walls with following best approved quality, white /colour glazed tiles of following sizes set in cement mortar 1:2 10mm thick and pointing the joints with white cement mixed with colouring pigments at the rate of 0.40 kg / sqm neatly in all floors curing etc complying with standard specification etc

Plastering with C.M 1:5, mix 12mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc., complete.

Plastering with C.M 1:3, mix 10mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc., complete.

Plastering with C.M 1:4, mix 20mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc., complete.

Finishing top roof mix one course machine pressed tiles of size 20 cm x 20 cm x 2 cm approved qty with, CM 1:3 12 mm thick mixed with WPC at 2% by weight of cement used and top pointed with the same mortar etc

White washing two coats using shell lime including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc., complete

Distembering two coats of oil bound distember using one coat of primer coat including coat & conveyance to size and all labour charges etc., complete

Painting two coats with ready mixed Exterior Emulsion paint of approved qualityand colour over a priming coat, including through scrapping,clean removel of dirt etc complete

Supplying of Steel doors, windows, ventilators etc., with best approved best quality etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental etc

Painting two coats using Enamel paint over new iron works inclusive of all labour charges etc
