Sub Head "A" : Machinery Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) System Refrigerant should be only R-410A. The entire condensing unit & evaporative unit should be factory assembled and tested. The units should come with an initial charge of referred R-410A from the factory. Any additional required refrigerant shall be added at site free of cost & loss of refrigeration due to deflect in equipment or workmanship shall also be filled up free of cost during execution and guarantee period. Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Modular type Outdoor unit equipped with highly efficient scroll / Twin Rotary multiple compressors in the modules from 8 HP to 20 HP with all inverter type compressors, special split type condenser heat exchanger with 4 sides coil for balanced air suction, low noise condenser fan , auto check function for connection error, auto address setting & anti corrisson treatment for exposed part,oil recovey system, the refrigerant suction side should comprise with minimum 1 number of accumulator in line with the requirement to provide safety of the compressor and other safety devices etc. The VRF system shall be equipped with advanced upgraded technology to check & monitor the operating parameters of the system with right to access to Customer. COP of system should not be less than 3.8 as per AHRI guidelines. Modular type Outdoor unit as per above specs with first gas charge (R 410a), double coat painted MS base frame with two coat of primer (size as per recommened by manufacturer),with sandwitch type vibration isolator rubber pads and capacity as mentioned below. Sub Head -"C" : Refrigerent Piping Works Refrigerant Copper Piping All refrigerant piping shall be constructed from soft seamless upto 19.1mm and hard drawn copper refrigerant pipes for above 19.1mm with copper fittings and silver soldered joints All joints in copper piping shall be sweat joints using low temperature brazing and or silver solder. Before jointing any copper pipe or fitting, its interiors shall be thoroughly cleaned by passing a clean cloth via wire or cable through its entire length. The piping shall be continously kept clean of dirt etc. while constructing the joints. Subsequently, it shall be thoroughly blown out using nitrogen. After the refrigerant piping installation has been completed, the refrigerant piping shall be pressure tested using nitrogen at 32 Kg per sq.cm. Pressure shall be maintained in the system for 24 hours. The system shall then be evacuated to minimum vacuum if 700 mm Hg and held for 24 hours. Supply, fabrication, installation, testing of Inter connecting refrigerant pipe(whole of the suction and liquid line) including all fittings etc. All piping inside the room shall be properly supported on GI perforated trays including bolts & nuts, GI Threaded suspenders etc as required and all external piping shall run in covered with same GI perforated tray including bolts & nuts, painting suspenders etc as required. The above pipe shall be with duly insulated from cross linked closed cell Oxide Acetate Foam Thermal insulation with factory laminated aluminium foil on copper piping having density 0f 30 to 33 Kg/ M³ ,having K value 0.029 W/m ° K at 40°C Deg temp and temp range of -70°C to +100°C and fire rating Class O as per BS 476 Part 6 from CBRI,Roorkee as per the approved specifications.
