Technical Specification Design,Supply and installation of AC/DC of solar submersible pump permanenet magnet mortar with 92% efficiency and combined efficiency not less than 60% to 70%.The pump set in tube well/stream /river for clear and clod fresh water as per IS 8304 of 1989 with latest amendments.The control panel shall be completed with inherently under voltage and over load protection .The controller panel must have IP 54 protection with RMS system with live real time GEO location and should be able to send pump data to the cloud.The complete job including all civil and mechancical work and all sort of carriage to make system functional as per the direction o fsite engineer incharge includes the following specification.

I. PV Array rating (WP) at standard temp condition . The PV module bifacial mono per 545 WP as per MNRE guidelines

II. NO of modules /system =AS per the system Requirement.

III. PV Array Mounting arrangement = Fixed /rotating. Overall efficiency of the pump =60% to 70%

Pump: The pump shall be multistage centrifugal pump with radial or mixed flow type impeller design ,Suitable for handling clean to slightly contaminated water with premissible sand content , epoxy coated treatment to all ferrous part for rust prevation and longer life , non-return value fitted to discharge out let to prevation back flows dynamically impellers with shaft for better efficiency and performance . The Pump should be of SS304 made with impeller as per AISI304, Pump speed should not be less than 3000 RPM and shall be suitable for permissible sand content with approval of CE, EAC and per MNRE Guidelines. Junction Box : Junction box with hinged ,weather proof lid , captives screws , three cables glands entry points and one cable gland (Standard)

The motor should be provided with submersibe flat cable of sheathed copper conductor with water proof PVC of standard and reputed make as per site requirement . Cable with conductor size depending upon array current will be provided from PV array to motor . The motor shall have 92% efficiency and fully SS with quality certifiction of EN 14301,AISI304

The control panel shall be fully automatic push bottom operated for motor. (One complete job). The controller shall be as per IP54 protection with live GEO Tagging and pump data to be shared on cloud in form secured data.
