REPLACEMENT OF 132KV MAIN BUS-II FROM SINGLE TARANTULA TO TWIN MOOSE CONDUCTOR AND DIFFRENT JACK BUSES AT 220KV S/S AZAMGARH UNDER ELECTY.400KV S/S DIVISION, AZAMGARH.

Following works are to be carried out for the replacement of 132 kV Main Bus-Bar-II by twin Moose conductor and all associated works at 220 KV Substation Azamgarh. Opening/Cutting R,Y & B phase of 132 kV existing main Bus-II made of Tarantula conductor between bus section below gantries, step by step during bus-bar replacement work including dismantling all types of associated clamps & Fittings.

Dismantling of existing ACSR Moose/Panther jumpers from Main Bus-II by opening of all associated clamps.

Dismantling of 132 KV Old/damaged main bus-II section (R,Y &B) of Tarantula conductor and lowering down the conductor from sub-station gantry including dismantling of all types of jumpers, associated clamps & Fittings.

Shifting of all dismantled materials from site to store

Shifting of all new materials required for Bus-bar replacement work from store to site.

Stringing and proper sagging of new 132 KV main Bus- Bar-II section (RY&B) by Twin Moose conductor. The work includes fitting of tension clamps, hoisting of 70/120 kN disc, spacer, PG clamps etc. and cutting of conductors as per requirement.

Re-connecting work of 132 kV Main Bus-II with bus isolator jumpers of ACSR Moose/Panther conductor by cutting, bending of conductor including connecting of all associated clamps.

Replacement of damage vertical/ runner conductor of different 132 kV bays associated with 132 kV Main BUS II by Moose/Panther conductor with the help of suitable clamps & cutting of conductor as required.

Replacement of damage 132 kV Jack bus of Moose/Panther conductor of different bays at 220KV S/S Azamgarh, with the work of cutting /opening jumpers then destringing of jack bus (Length approx. 48 Mtr) from bus gantry, cutting of moose/panther conductor of required length, fixing tension fitting and disc insulator string, hosting and proper stringing of bus conductor to their gantry, proper clamping jumpers at both end. Complete work shall include shifting of new materials from store to site and shifting of dismantled materials from site to designated place.

Replacement of R&Y Phase 220KV Jack bus made of Moose conductor of 220 kV Jaunpur bay at 220KV S/S Azamgarh, with the work of cutting /opening jumpers then destringing of jack bus (Length approx. 36 Mtr) from bus gantry , cutting of moose conductor of required length, fixing tension fitting and disc insulator string, hosting and proper stringing of bus conductor to their gantry. Proper clamping jumpers at both end. Complete work shall include shifting of material from store to site and dismantled materials from site to designated place.

Replacement of 132 kV isolator blade (arm) at 220 kV S/S Azamgarh. The work includes dismantling of existing old&used pipe type isolator arm (rating 1250A) and fixing of new channel type isolator arm (rating 1250A) along with proper adjustment and alignment. Complete job shall include cost of labour and T&P.
