ANNUAL MAINTENANCE OF RO WATER FILTERS AT CGRA TRV CHICOLNA AND TECH AREA GOA UNDER GE(I) (CG) GOA

Comprehensive Annual Maintenance of RO water purifier including servicing cleaning and replacement of micro filter-pp , sediment filter, pre carbon filter, post carbon filter once per 6 months and any minor items etc complete all as specified and directed. Make : HI-TECH (ORION CLASSIC) Note:- (a)Sediment filter, pre carbon filter, post carbon filter shall be measured and paid seperatly as supply only. (b)Additional one Micro Filter (PP) to be replaced once during the warranty period after completion (c)The rate quoted shall be deemed to be included of PP filters. (d)Work shall be executed through OEM or their authorized service provider agency only. In this case MOU/Agreement copy shall be submitted to Engg-in-charge before commencement of work. (e) Labour charges for fixing all spare parts for item No 2.01 to 2.03 shall deemed to be included in item No 1.00. (f) Spare mentioned in item No 3.01 to 3.20 are not covered under item No 1.00. This items will be operated as and when required for particular system.

Comprehensive Annual Maintenance of RO water purification system after taking down carefully water purification system, servicing and replacement of sediment filter-02 Nos, Activated carbon filter-01, Post carbon and UF filter complete all as per manufacturer direction ,re-installation of the same at existing /other position/location all as directed including replacement of spares under warranty for only damaged parts i.e Booster Pump, RO Membrane, Solenoid valve and SMPS complete all as specified and directed. Make - Kent Elite-II [Note: All spare parts, consumable etc shall deemed to be including in item rate] [Note:- For Item No 1.00 & 2.00] (a)Contract (AMC) shall be run for one year. (b)All spare parts required for smooth operation shall deemed to be included in unit rate if not mention otherwise. (c)Work shall be executed through OEM or through their authorized service provider & MOU / agreement copy shall be submitted to Engg-in-Charge before commencement of work. (d)Service provider shall rectify the defects of RO filter within 24 hours from the complaint lodge. (e) Name/e-mail and phone number of service provider shall be submitted by contractor to Engineer-in-charge. (f)One complaint cell with one supervisor and mechanic shall present to received complaint, to the entire period of contract. (g)Spare parts replaced shall be genuine and original and from OEM. (h)Regarding terms and conditions please refer Particular Specification here-in-after. (j)Inlet valve, back flow prevention valve, pre filtre, RO membrane , draining system, flow restriction pump & all electrical equipments and spare parts mentioned in particular specification shall be checked, maintained and covered under AMC. No claim whatsoever shall be entertained in future by department.
