Dismantling of pillar cock, bottle trap, stop cock, bib cock etc. and connecting fittings including stacking of useful materials near the site and disposal of unserviceable materials within 50 metres lead.

Credit item for taking away of PVC connections, PVC flushing cisten with fittings, PVC over head tank, PVC bib cock, stop cock, ball valve, loft tank etc. and the like received from dismantling. The material so received shall be the property of contractor after dismantling duly weighed/ measured before removing from the site in the presence of Engineer-in-charge or his authorised representative complete as per direction/ satisfaction of Engineer.

Credit for taking away of SCI pipe fitting, centrifugal cast (spun)/sand cast iron pipes and fittings, C.I. flushing cistern, G.I. pipes and fittings, steel doors, window, ventilators, grill, round or square bars, M.S. sections etc. and the like item received from dismantling. The material so received shall be the property of contractor after dismantling duly weighed/ measured before removing from the site in the presence of Engineer-in-charge or his authorised representative complete as per direction/ satisfaction of Engineer

Credit for taking away of C.P. brass/Brass bib cock, stop cock, long body bib cock, long nose bib cock, angle valve, ball valve, close hole basin mixer, C.P. waste in basin/ sink and the like received from dismantling. The material so received shall be the property of contractor after dismantling duly weighed/measured before removing fron the site in the presence of Engineer-in-charge or his authorised representative complete as per direction/ satisfaction of Engineer.

Credit for taking away dismantled wash basin / urinal / EWC / IWC etc. complete as per direction of Engineer in charge. (Rates mentioned shall be fixed & no variation will be applicable on this item)

Making connection of drain or sewer line with existing manhole including breaking into and making good the walls, floors with cement concrete 1:2:4 mix (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) cement plastered on both sides with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand), finished with a floating coat of neat cement and making necessary channels for the drain etc. complete : For pipes 100 to 250 mm diameter

Providing and fixing toilet cubicles of Greenlam Sturdo (Classique's Evergreen series) or equivalent of the same make, made of heat, bacteria, water, chemical, scratch, impact, anti-bacterial resistant 12 mm thick solid compact laminate panel board which includes doors, pilasters & intermediate panels(as and where required) finished with approved texture/shade as per the detailed drawings & as per IS 2046 (Indian Standards) and fire retardant B8-476/97 standards.This also includes providing and fixing in position necessary hardwares made out of Stainless steel (grade 316) with door stopper and screws (grade 304) as per manufacturer's specification & Engineer-in-Charge instructions like:- i) Door Knob ii) SS Gravity Hinges iii) SS tabular holder and SS wall bracket iv) SS Coat hooks with door stopper(304 grade) v) SS U /F- channel vi) SS Adjustable leg vii) SS Top rail hollow circular pipe with comer connector viii) Rubber noise' deafening tape for grooves in door ix) Screws & wall plugs The top fitting should consist of SS circular hollow top rail which will get fixed with pilasters, with SS panel tube holder, SS corner bend (connected with top rail) will be used on the corner of cubicle in absence of brick wall, SS wall fixing is used only on the wall which will hold the SS top rail. All screws shall be of 304 grade in Stainless steel. All pilasters are supported by stainless steel bottom cladding. The base of the stainless steel bottom clading will be anchored to the door with a clearance height upto 150 mm. SIZE OF PER CUBICLE: a) Plan area of cubicle varies as per drawing. b) Height of cubicle is 2025 mm including bottom leg of 150 mm. c) Dimensions of door is 600*1830 mm. MEASUREMENT For payment purposes plan area of all cubicles in each toilet shall be measured in square meter correct to two places of decimal. RATES The rates shall include providing and fixing of compact laminate panel board, fittings and fixtures, wastage, scaffolding, tools, plants, all cost of toilet cubicle and labour involved in all the operations described above including cartage lifts and transportation to site.
