CONSULTANCY SERVICES FOR PREPARATION AND SUPPLY OF DESIGN/SURVEY DETAILED ESTIMATES INCL TAKE OFF CALCULATION OF CEMENT STEEL AND ALL CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS BOQ YARDSTICK AND MARKET ANALYSIS OF ALL BLDGS FOR PROVN OF SEWAGE TREAT PLANT AT JAMNAGAR

Providing Consultancy Services for Provisioning of STP and allied infra at Jamnagar Mil Station compirising of Survey of existing infrastructure, Soil investigation for proposed structures , Structural Designing of structures (STP (MBBR type)), Substation Bldg cum Pump house and Operator cum Blower Room), Designing /calculating Treated water supply and obtaining necessary CTE from Gujarat Pollution Control Board, etc and preparation of BOQ and estimates as detailed under and submission of complete Detailed Project Report (DPR) and Drgs four sets to client in hardcopy as well as in soft copy. Structural Design of the structures and over all sewage scheme , hydraulic design , Electromechanics of pumping stations etc and process design calculation for the MBBR STP shall be got vetted from IIT(Indian Institute of Technology)/NIT ( National Institute of Technology) as approved by the Accepting Officer. The DPR and allied details shall be prepared & submitted as under :- (a) The Consultant shall design the STPs for two pockets of Jamnagar Mil Station viz Inf Lines area for a population of Approx 9800 souls & BG Lines area population approx 360 souls. (b) Collection of Existing water supply data & sewage network data as required for the design of STP(s)

(c) Carrying out topography survey work in entire location of Inf line and BG line Jamnagar by using total station machine in the entire area of Inf line and BG line Jamnagar for collection of all important details on the field like existing Sewage line network, invert level of each existing manholes, Marking defective line/MHs, roads (kachha/pucca), nalla, tanks, wells, houses, drain, railway, high-tension line, electric poles, telephone poles, gas/water pipe line poles (Visible on the ground), field bunds etc shall be collected. Spot levels shall be collected in 10 x 10m grid interval or near intervals where undulation found including plotting separate poket of 5000 sqm area spotted in 3 x 3m grid interval for the portion where STP is proposed and workout the exact quantity of site development involved based on FL provided by Engr-in-Charge. Submission of survey drawings and reports in 1 soft copy and 4 sets of hard copy.

(d) Conducting Soil investigation (bore hole) as per IS : 1892 –1979 (reaffirmed 2002) by manually / hydraulic / calax rotary drilling of 100 - 150mm diameter with casing pipe / bentonite slurry if required, for supporting inner collapsible stratum below water table with pot holes / helical auger in all sorts of soil upto depth of 10.00 Mtr or up to the depth of refusal ( N > 50) for the proposed site for STPs and allied infra and preparation of investigation report with proper recommendation of type of foundation to be adopted including safe load bearing capacity of soil. Investigation and report shall comprise following Tests for working out safe bearing capacity of soil : (i) Bore hole -06 Bores (05 at Inf Line and 01 at BG line) (ii) Standard Penetration Test (SPT) - 02 (iii) Plate Load Test - 01 Nos Details for the Soil Investigation as per Appx 'E' attached. (e) Structural designing based on data obtained in surveying and investigations conducted as above for the following Bldgs/Structures (i) Sewage Treatment Plant of 2 MLD capacity MBBR type at Inf Lines and suitable structure/plinth for STP 0.1 MLD capacity (Package type) at B G Lines (ii) Substation Bldg cum Pump house of reqd PA 133 sqm (iii) Operator cum Blower Room of reqd PA 70 sqm. The design shall meet all relevant codal requirements. Details for structural design as per Appx 'F' attached.

(f) Complete consultancy for external water supply (Treated water supply) including design, preparation of site plan, schematic diagram, estimate and BOQ (based on items in SSR 2010 and Market rates for items not covered under SSR) alongwith supported quotation/price list. (g) Design of proposed new sewage network from existing first manholes upto the proposed tentative location of STP/STPs & redistribution network of treated water from STP to the locations as decided by the Engineer-in-charge. The sewage network is to be designed as per CPHEEO norms (h) Prepration of hydraulic design , drawing and calculation of proposed sewage network & approval from client. The STP should confim to the norms specified by the local municipal authorities & State pollution Control board. (j) Prepration of hydraulic design of Sewage treatment plant (s) based on proposed network design. (k) Prepration of Electromechanics , design of pumping station & STP. (l) Prepration of Architectural and structural Design of pumping station , electric sub stations , Sumps etc and other structures of Sewage Treatment plant.

(m) Prepration of BOQ supported with details Estimates based on layout and design as approved by the client. The BOQs shall be prepared & pricesd as per SSR 2010. (n) Preparation of necessary documents required for applying and Obtaining consent to Establish (CTE) from Gujarat Pollution Control Board under the Provision of Water Prevention & Control of Pollution Act, 1974 including submission of necessary processing fees as applicable for obtaining CTE NOTE : (i) Structural design of the structure & overall sewage scheme, hydraulic design, electromechanis of pumping stations etc and process design calculation for the MBBR STP shall be got vetted from IIT (Indian Institute of Technology)/NIT (National Institute of Technology) as approved by the Accepting Officer. (ii) The quoted rate shall deemed to be included necesary processing fees for applying & obtaining CTE Consent to establish from Gujarat Pollution Control Board or obtaining NOC (No Objection certificate) from any other State Govt Agency.
