A. Supply Of Material

A.1 Supply of Sign Board Material

Fabrication, Printing, Painting and supply of complete signage boards/Safety signboards of Aluminum Composite Panel (ACP Sheet) with following technical specifications: i.) Make: ACP Sheet will be Alu Decor, Felxibond , Viva , Timexbond or equivalent Company with Exterior Grade 3mm Thickness ii.) Structural Specifications Hot dip Galvanized Frame of the board will be MS L angle 40mmx40mmx5 mm Hot dip galvanized C clamp made of 160mmx30mmx5mm Type of Welding: Electric welding using ISI mark Welding Rod, Grinding on the poles for smooth surface. Two coating of Anti corrosion paint & two coat of Oil Paint on frame for long lasting life of Boards. Rivets are to be provided in frame & sheet as per drawings/requirement. iii.) Painting: Hot dip galvanized MS frame Steel work to be painted with zinc chromate yellow primer and two or more coats of synthetic enamel paint of required shade. Two (2) coats of good quality primer and two (2) coats of synthetic enamel paint on frame and support angles of board. iv.) Reflective Stickers Type-11 Reflective films shall be computerized digital printing of good quality enough to be visible from 200m distance in dark nights upon falling of ordinary light beam. Type-11 Reflective pasting shall be vacuum pasting type of standard quality and Make 1170 C grade lamination on Reflective Sticker. v.) Branding Retroreflective films should be from reputed brands like 3M, ORAFOL, Avery Dennison or equivalent with 7 years warranty. vi.) Boards Approx Quantity and Sizes 2ftx3ft=433 Nos, 2ftx2ft circular=71 Nos, 4ftx3ft=678 Nos, 7ftx4ft= 371 Nos. Board should be complete in all respect and Installation as per the specified size of each Board. Boards can be “Landscape” or “Portrait” Orientation as per design provided.

A.2 Supply Of GI Pipes

Supply of ISI Marked GI pipes for leg support as per the requirement of height of board with following details: i.) Pipes specification: 76.1 mm(OD)x 69.9 mm(ID )x3.2 mm(Thickness) ii.) To be painted with zinc chromate yellow primer and two or more coats of synthetic enamel paint of required shade

B. Installation of Boards

B.1 Signboards fixing on Pole or beam or wall or gratings with clamp/fastener at a height

Signboards fixing on Pole or beam or wall or gratings with clamp/fastener at a height in the range of 2 meters to 7 meters i.) To be placed on electric Pole or Beams or (Gratings if required) with Clamps. ii.) To be Mounted on Pole/Beam/Gratings as specified in detailed SOW

B.2 Signboard Fixing in Ground (Non Concrete Surface)

Signboard Fixing in Ground (Non Concrete Surface): Erection of poles in Plain Area as specified in detailed SOW: i.) Concrete Grouting: Grade of concrete 1:2:4 nominal mix (1 Cement: 2 Fine aggregates: 4 Coarse aggregate) ii.) Depth of angle underground: 610 mm or 2.0 Feet iii.) Width of concrete pile underground:450 mm X 450 mm iv.) Pit digging: 450mm X 450mm & Minimum 610mm below ground level.

B.3 Signboard Fixing in Ground (Concrete Surface)

Signboard Fixing in Ground (Concrete Surface): Erection of poles in Concrete Area as specified in detailed SOW i.) 4 Nos. of GI Gusset plates of size 75MMx75MMx5MM with stiffener along with each pole to be welded on 10 mm base plate with 6” anchor fasteners (4 Nos) ii.) Concrete cover of 450mmx450mmx150mm of 1:2:4 grade over existing concrete floor around the pole.

C. Removal of Old Boards

Removal of old boards from existing electrical poles and to be disposed at designated location

Demolishing of old boards along with removal of cement grouting from the ground. Dressing of cement grouting from the pole before disposing at designated location.
