Civil Works

2.8.1 Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) /manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift up to 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m.

4.1.3 Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level:1:2:4 (cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Providing Steel Liner 10mm thick for curbs and 6+ 1mm for Steining of wells including fabricating and setting out as per detailed drawing.

Providing floating platform of size 12mx7m on pontoon (as per drawing) in steel work riveted or bolted in builtup section etc. trusses and framed work M.S. angle, iron plats, tees etc. straightening, cutting, fabricating and hosting including applying one coat iron primer for pontoon including cost of materials, labour charges, mobilistaion charges, current charges for welding etc. hire for winch, chain, hook etc. and launching in to the river and all other incidential charges including lighting etc. complete for piling in river portion.

Bored Cast-in-Situ M30 grade R. C. C Pile using batching plant, transit mixer and concrete pump excluding reinforcement complete as per drawing and technical specifications and removal of excavated earth with all lifts and lead upto 1000 m: Pile diameter 500mm.

Chipping and removing extra length of R. C. C Piles - demolishing R. C. C works manually/ mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceble material with in 50meters lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge - based on 15.3 of DSR 16.

20.6.2.2 Vertical load testing of piles in accordance with IS 2911( Part IV) including installation of loading platform and preparation of pile head or construction of test cap and dismantling of test cap after test etc. complete as per specification & the direction of engineer -in-Charge. Single pile above 50 tonne and upto 100 tonne capacity: Routine test.

5.22.6 SSteel reinforcement for R.C.C work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level Thermo - Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more

5.9.3 Centering and shuttering including strutting, etc. and removal of form for:Suspended floors, roofs, landings, balconies and access platform

5.9.5 Centering and shuttering including strutting, etc. and removal of form for: Lintels, beams, plinth beams, girders bressumers and cantilevers

5.9.6 Centering and shuttering including strutting, etc. and removal of form for: Columns, Pillars, Piers, Abutments, Posts and Struts

5.33.2 Providing and laying in position machine batched and machine mixed design mix M-25 grade cement concrete for reinforced cement concrete work, using cement content as per approved design mix, including pumping of concrete to site of laying but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement, including admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability as per direction of Engineer - in-charge. Note:- Cement content considered in this item is @ 330 kg/ cum. Excess or less cement used as per design mix is payable or recoverable separately. All work above plinth level upto floor V level

5.23 Smooth finishing of the exposed surface of RCC work with 6mm thick cement mortar 1:3 ( cement : 3 fine sand).

11.20.3 Chequerred precast cement concrete tiles 22 mm thick in footpath & courtyard, jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles, including rubbing and cleaning etc. complete on 20 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 coarse sand).

10.28 Providing and fixing stainless steel (Grade 304) railing made of Hollow tubes, channels, plates etc., including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (wherever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, i/c fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners, stainless steel bolts etc., of required size on the top of the floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement as per approval of Engineer-in-charge, (for payment purpose only weight of stainless steel members shall be considered excluding fixing accessories such as nuts, bolts, fasteners etc.)

13.46.1 New work (Two or more coats applied @ 3.28 ltr/ 10 sqm ) over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/ 10 sqm Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade:

7.1.1 Random rubble masonry with hard stone in foundation and plinth including levelling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand : 12 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) up to plinth level with:Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

50.6.7.2 Laterate masonry with neatly dressed laterate stone of size 40x20x15cm or nearest size in cement mortar 1:6 for super structure above plinth level up to floor two level including all cost of materials, labour charges etc.

5.9.1 Centering and shuttering including strutting, etc. and removal of form for: Foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc for mass concrete

8.2.2.1 Providing and fixing 18 mm thick gang saw cut, mirror, polished, premoulded and prepolished, machine cut for kitchen platforms, vanity counters, window sills, facias and similar locations, of required size, approved shade, colour and texture laid over 20 mm thick base cement mortar 1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 coarse sand), joints treated with white cement, mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch ups, including rubbing, curing, moulding and polishing to edges to give high gloss finish etc. complete at all levels.

13.52.2 Finishing with Epoxy paint (two or more coats) at all locations prepared and applied as per manufacturer's specifications including appropriate priming coat, preparation of surface, etc. complete. On concrete work

Electrical Works

Supply, installastion, testing and commisioning of cubical metering board, dust & vermin proof, front opening type,cable top entry type made of 16g CR sheet steel to accommodate1No. 3-Phase LCD type KWH meter & 3 Nos of 63A, Bakelite cutout fuse unit with HRC fuse & neutral link, 1No. Cubical 63 A TPN SFU with HRC fuse in separate chambers with hinged doors, including sealing provision for KSEB, glass cutout on meter door for meter reading purpose, all necessary internal rigid wiring [mini. 6sqmm] and earthing. The box shall be treated for anti rust/corrosion, painted with 2 coats of enamel spray paint etc. complete as required. [KSEB shall provide the KWH meter] (rate excluding SFU)

5.CEMENT: Cement make: Use Malabar cement only as per Govt. direction and in case of non availabilty of Malabar cement use Ultra Tech, Dalmia, Ramco or eq. brand in the order of preference.

6.RCC: (Assessment of strength of concrete by Cube testing at Approved Govt labs as per IS) Cement make: Use Malabar cement only as per Govt. direction and in case of non availabilty of Malabar cement use Ultra Tech, Dalmia, Ramco or eq. brand in the order of preference.

7.STEEL REINFORCEMENT: Make: Tata,Vaishak, SAIL, JSW or eq primary make in the order of preference

8.CENTERING & SHUTTERING: (Centering and shuttering for different category of work may be considered separately.)

9. STEEL WORK G.I.PIPE: Make: JINDAL, Tata or eq. primary make in the order of preference.

10.ALUMINIUM WORK: Make: INDAL, JINDAL or eq. in the order of preference and prior sample approval from KEL, Client

11.ELECTRICAL: Note: Rate should be inclusive of preparation of schematic diagram and getting approval from KSEB/Electrical Inspectorate. Statutory fees paid to KSEB/EI shall be paid by us separately.
