Eligibility Criteria

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

The bidder should be NGO

NGOs should have a service aggrement with Any travel agency for Carying out exposure visits.

NGOs without GST cannot claim GST on Bill amount. all applicable taxes arised due to Expenditure shall be paid by NGO.

On issue of work order and submission of tickets 50 percent of contact amount will be paid

Minimum Score required to qualify is 75 as per technical criteria

Exposure Visit will be for 3 Night and 4 Days Exposure tour to Vishakapatnam Municipal Corporation
