Attending complaints for checking of existing electrical points wiring in any Buildings for continuity ,no light including carrying out minor repairs etc as required to make the item functional and replacing burnt wire ends, small pieces of wire, tightning of loose connections etc all as specified. Note - Contractor has to deploy Qualified Electrician and Helper with all necessary tools on all days to the complaint cell and complaints will be attended on the same day itself. Recovery for non attending complaints will be three times rate quoted by the Contractor. Note : a) Contractor shall provide his Electician and Helper along with necesary tools to rectify defects from 0830 to 1700 Hrs on all days incl holiday & sunday b) S&F of elevant items in Sch items will not be considered in this job. c) The contractor shall depute ITI holder electrician & skiilled helper to attend complaits, with proper uniform as finalised by Engr-in-Charge, with name tag.

Taking down carefully unserviceable copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power)complete including fixture and fitting such as switches, ceiling rose lamp holder, regulators, sockets, light fittings, wooden terminal boxes, plastic laminated sheet cover, including taking down of DB’s, meter board any type complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for point wiring with single core PVC insulated unsheathed 1100 volt grade cable with multi strand copper conductor of size 1.5 Sq mm FRLS (Nominal area) drawn through existing PVC casing caping/conduit concealed in wall, ceiling with GI saddles GI screws, rawl plugs (concealed conduit wiring) with all fittings including Tee, Junction boxes and provision of pressed steel terminal box powder coated of suitable size with 3 mm thick laminated sheet cover for mounting switch sockets and regulators and drawing continuous earth wire of PVC insulated unsheathed 1100 Volts grade cable with stranded copper conductor of size 1.5 Sq mm (Nominal area) complete all as specified. Note: Cost for cutting, chasing and making good to existing surfaces are deemed to be included in the Quoted Rate.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth and getting out in any type of soil for laying of LT UG cables complete all as specified and as directed by Engr in charge. Note:- The Rate quoted deemed to including cutting and removal of PSP Sheets wherever occured during excavation and the same shall be staged at desired location as directed at site

Returning, filling in, including spreading levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick in hard dense soil complete all as specified and as directed by Engr in charge.

Removing excavated material not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed by Engr in charge.

(a).Dismantling (opening) of geyser complete in MES yard / workshop part by part of all the stationary parts, cleaning the covers and parts as applicable (b).Servicing, cleaning of geyser accessories and parts as applicable such as inner tank body, water inlet/ outlet assembely, heating element etc descaling with acid wash all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (c). Assembling of geyser complete with old serviceable parts, replacement of unserviceable parts by new as ordered, renewal of nuts bolts and washers, rubber gasket complete as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- (i) Parts required to be replaced shall be measured and paid separately as "supply only " against relavant item (s) of this schedule. However, labour element involved in replacement is included in unit rate quoted against this item. (ii) Any minor parts / repairs involved to make the geyser completely functional even if not notified by Engineer-in-Charge shall be carried out by the contractor without any extra cost to the Department

M & L for maintenance and servicing for Split AC/Window AC for Shashithar/Slyaarchatta under AFS Jammu with high skilled refrigerator mechanic and helper including detecting fault of split/window air conditioner complain and complete servicing including cleaning of filter, filter, removing of dust by pressure water system and replacement of all unserviceable parts for split/window AC and replacement of u/s parts & repair of all necessary items and handed over to user for serviceable condition , all as specified and direted by Engineer In Charge. Note: (a) Contractor has to employ highly skilld Refrigerator Mechanic with helper and necessary T&P for attending day to day complaints of Ref and AC failing which recovery shall be made at two times of quoted rate. (b) Rate quated shall be inclusive of transport from AF Station to work shop & back shifting within permises. ( c) Any parts required to be replaced shall be replaced and rates deemed to be included.

Repair to motor and pump capacity upto 20 HP involving the following operations. (a) Dismanting (opening) of motor pump complete in MES installation/workshop part by of all the stationary parts, cleaning the covers and part as applicable. (b) Servicing, cleaning of motor pump accessoried and part by part all the as applicable such as inner motor, water inlet, stunner, etc replacement of unserviceable parts, like bearing, bushes, wires, copper winding & including it in serviceable condition & refixing in its original position all is specified by Engr-in Charge.
